★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de São Paulo e entrei em contato com eles para que enviassem um bolo para a minha tia que mora em Conceição da Barra.
Depois de escolhido o bolo e tudo combinado, passaram a ser super desatenciosos e não me mandaram os dados para o pagamento para que a surpresa pudesse ser feita (!).
No fim das contas, não conseguimos mandar o bolo de aniversário e já não tínhamos tempo hábil para encontrar outro fornecedor.
Atitude lamentável e desrespeitosa.
I am from São Paulo and I contacted them to send a cake to my aunt who lives in Conceição da Barra.
After choosing the cake and everything combined, they became super inconsiderate and did not send me the details for payment so that the surprise could be made (!).
In the end, we were unable to send the birthday cake and we had no time to find another supplier.
Regrettable and disrespectful attitude.
