Sinceramente antes eu tivesse comprado o tecido para eu mesma ter feito. Modelagem nota 0. Deveriam ter vergonha de dizer que são costureiras. Faço melhor que elas.
Terrible!!! Sloppy cut. My son bought surgical pajamas that came with the collar cut completely wrong!! Pulling on the arm!! Honestly before I had bought the fabric to make myself. Modeling grade 0. They should be ashamed to say they are seamstresses. I do better than them.

Ao contrário da loja do Niterói Shopping, a loja do Pátio alcantara, vc encontra um atendimento de alta qualidade e respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!! nao recorram fazer NADA la, trabalham com má vontade, sem contar o descaso com o cliente, se enrolam pra entrega e isso quando não fazem a entrega errada! HORRIVEL.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!!! they don't resort to doing ANYTHING there, they work with bad will, not to mention the neglect with the customer, they get involved in delivery and that's when they don't make the wrong delivery! HORRIBLE.

Total falta de compromisso com o cliente. Meu pedido agendado pra buscar as 10h. Além de não estar pronto, me fizeram aguardar por quase uma hora dizendo que estavam procurando. Depois disso a vendedora Larissa que me atendeu sumiu, e por telefone avisaram que não estava lá e teriam que refazer. Ficaram de me entregar pelo erro cometido por eles, mas como era esperado não o fizeram.

Total lack of commitment to the customer. My order scheduled to pick up at 10 am. Besides not being ready, they made me wait for almost an hour saying they were looking. After that, the saleswoman Larissa who answered me disappeared, and by phone they told me she wasn't there and they would have to redo it. They were about to turn me in for the mistake they made, but as expected, they didn't.
