★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio Empresarial muito bom, elevadores rápidos, recepção e ambientes comuns do prédio sempre muito limpos, álcool gel em todos as paradas de elevador. Tem de ruim um estacionamento pago e caro.
Very good Business Condominium, fast elevators, reception and common areas of the building always very clean, alcohol gel at all elevator stops. Paid and expensive parking is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito agradável bem localizado, como e proximo ao shopping vai achar de tudo sem falar que o posto de gasolina tambem e proximo o problema e o local para estacionar, todos que visitarem vao sofrer com esse problema, pois achar uma boa vaga esta dificil !!!!!
Very nice place well located, as it is close to the mall you will find everything without mentioning that the gas station is also near the problem and the place to park, everyone who visits will suffer from this problem, because finding a good spot is difficult! !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os elevadores funciona normal, ainda bem porque subir de escada, ninguém merece. Não cheguei a entra nas salas mas parece confortável mas isso muito relativo e só fui em 1 andar.
All elevators work normal, thankfully because climbing stairs, no one deserves it. I didn't get to the rooms but it looks comfortable but that's very relative and I only went to the 1st floor.
