 A rubbish muiiito mold and frogs everywhere infernal noise looks like a tenement the place stinks pictures are not true la la has no sheets and towels and the manager Cris receives your money and leaves you without gas and without a refrigerator you will complain she thinks she is right mislead do not pass anger look for another place because I will seek and justice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tv à cabo não funcionou nem um dia. A desculpa da recepcionista era que estava com problemas técnicos.
Solicitei na reserva um quarto para três pessoas, mas quando cheguei não tinha uma cama de solteiro para minha filha. Depois que solicitei me deram um colchão de casal fedendo a urina e um lençol sujo que eu devolvi imediatamente. minha filha acabou dormindo no sofá da sala.
No meu quarto só havia dois pratos e dois copos, tivemos que pedir mais. O Wi-Fi não funciona.
A administração do flat é coisa de amador, a recepcionista é uma espécie de faz-tudo, é ela mesma que faz a limpeza dos quartos de forma precária e também gerencia o local.
Detestei, pelo valor cobrado pela diária poderia ter ficado em uma pousada muito melhor.
Cable tv didn't work one day. The receptionist's excuse was that she was having technical problems.
I requested to reserve a room for three people, but when I arrived I did not have a single bed for my daughter. After I requested they gave me a double mattress stinking of urine and a dirty sheet which I returned immediately. My daughter ended up sleeping on the living room couch.
In my room there were only two plates and two glasses, we had to ask for more. Wi-Fi does not work.
The management of the flat is amateurish, the receptionist is a kind of handyman, she herself cleans the rooms poorly and also manages the place.
I hated it, for the amount charged for the room rate could have stayed in a much better hostel.

A pessoa que nos atendeu, que é a gerente/recepcionista/arrumadeira..., enfim, uma especie de faz tudo, é super grossa, mal educada, discute e grita com os hóspedes, a recepção é feita na calçada (depois de esperarmos meia hora), não tem sequer um banco p sentar, o quarto fedido, sem lençol nem toalha, sem falar na propaganda enganosa, as imagens mostradas no perfil são de outro hotel (com exceção da fachada). No instagram deles promete café da manhã, lá disseram que não tem. Descobrimos que as fotos são de outro hotel pq depois de muita discussão e de irmos à delegacia, eles resolveram nos colocar em um hotel deles, onde constatamos que as fotos eram de lá. Na delegacia os policiais nos informaram que naquela manhã já tinham ido 4 vezes atender ocorrência deles. Não entrem nessa barca furada.
HORRIBLE. The person who attended us, who is the manager/receptionist/maid..., anyway, a kind of does it all, is super rude, rude, argues and shouts with guests, the reception takes place on the sidewalk (after we wait half an hour), there is not even a bench to sit on, the room stinks, no sheets or towels, not to mention the false advertising, the images shown in the profile are from another hotel (except for the façade). On their instagram it promises breakfast, there they said it doesn't. We found out that the photos are from another hotel because after much discussion and going to the police station, they decided to put us in their hotel, where we found that the photos were from there. At the police station, the police informed us that that morning they had already gone four times to attend to their occurrence. Don't get on that leaky boat.

Passa valores errados e depois quando vai corrigir não tem se quer a decência de assumir seu erro. Graças a Deus que não conclui, consegui mudar hospedagem a tempo e não levei minha família nesse lugar, por que tenho horror de imaginar a frustracao e vergonha que seria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do atendimento do recepcionista Mairton (Ton), muito simpático, acolhedor e atencioso. Em relação ao Jeri Flat achei razoável, porém tive problemas com o chuveiro que estava queimado e somente dois dias após a reclamação foi resolvido o problema, achei um descaso.
O Ton cumpriu o seu papel em passar para seus superiores.... Mas como disse, não foi resolvido imediatamente.
I really liked the receptionist Mairton (Ton), very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Regarding Jeri Flat, I thought it was reasonable, but I had problems with the shower that was burned and only two days after the complaint was the problem resolved, I thought it was negligence.
Ton fulfilled his role in passing it on to his superiors.... But as I said, it wasn't resolved immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have cancel the stay. Deplorable room ! Humidity 100% Dirt, bugs... Nothing to compare on the pics.
Empty reception, we had to wait almost one hours for someone to come to do the chek-in. The worse is that these days the village is veeery busy and we had trouble to find a room somewhere else’s.
Impossible the stay there. Room downstairs, no light to reach the door.
Once the reception lady had arrived we had to wait even 20m more. Kind of unfriendly ....
