★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos uma motosserra para manutenção em 17/06/2020. No dia 10/07/2020 retirei a motosserra no mesmo estado em que entreguei, suja.
Disseram ter feito uma limpeza de carburador, e parece que se limitaram a apenas ela. Geralmente em manutenções de máquinas, efetua-se limpeza na mesmas. Melhorar o atendimento ao cliente nunca será algo ruim para manter a clientela satisfeita e assídua em seus negócios. Parauapebas carece de melhores prestadores de serviço.
We left a chainsaw for maintenance on 06/17/2020. On 07/10/2020 I removed the chainsaw in the same condition as I delivered it, dirty.
They said they did a carburetor cleaning, and it seems that they were limited to just it. Generally in maintenance of machines, cleaning is performed. Improving customer service will never be a bad thing to keep customers satisfied and steadfast in their business. Parauapebas lacks better service providers.

Terrible attendance. My machine has been with them for 25 days and they don't even know if it was looked at. Result I will remove the equipment. Buy the components on the internet and do it myself. It was to speed up my side and it only made it difficult.
