★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor atendimento!!!!! Sempre sou muito bem atendido mas hoje foi excepcional... Levei minha moto pra trocar e fui informado que iria demorar em torno de 2h para fazer a troca. Ok. Quando tava informando meu cpf pro rapaz fazer a ordem de serviço, recebo uma ligação do meu irmão perguntando se ele queria que eu esperasse para ele levar os pneus antigos embora no carro dele. Eu disse que demoraria 2h e que não precisava. Certamente ouviram e demorou apenas uns 40 minutos. Fica meu muito obrigado a todos que trabalham lá e em especial ao rapaz que me recebeu e ao outro que fez um ótimo trabalho na minha moto.
 Best atendiment!!!!! I am always very well attended but today was exceptional ... I took my bike to change and I was informed that it would take around 2h to make the change. Ok. When I was informing my cpf to the boy to do the work order, I get a call from my brother asking if he wanted me to wait for him to take the old tires away in his car. I said it would take 2 hours and I didn't have to. They certainly did and it only took about 40 minutes. My thanks go out to everyone who works there and especially to the guy who received me and the other guy who did a great job on my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo chegamos na loja, e os vendedores estavam com clientes, um deles ficou disponível e demorou para nos atender. E quando veio nos atender chegou outras pessoas na loja, ele simplesmente nos deixou falando sozinhos, e foi atender outras pessoas! Não conseguimos tirar nossas dúvidas e muito menos comprar a moto. Não recomendo!!
My fiance and I arrived at the store, and the sellers were with customers, one of them was available and took a while to meet us. And when he came to meet us, other people arrived at the store, he just left us talking to ourselves, and went to meet other people! We weren't able to clear up our doubts, much less buy the bike. I do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma mt 03 deu problema nos rolamentos da roda traseira, quando levei lá não tem frescura, tem que agendar da para trazer tal dia ,cheguei o cara botou no lugar na mesma hora ja desmontou constatou o defeito o valor é X, só as peças não tinha na hora, se tivesse já iria trocar, teve que encomendar, nada a ver com a loja é de fábrica, resumindo você chega eles abraçam e já te dão a resposta, chic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na recepção no dia 23/02/2022 por volta das 11:00, o rapaz da recepção não me atendeu e haviam dois vendedores em atendimento, por isso esperei e continuei olhando as motos. Daí uma pessoa que deveria ser da assistência técnica que estava passando pela loja falou pra eu aguardar que alguém iria atender, daí quando vi que um dos vendedores estava livre, perguntei se ele poderia me atender, ele (Luciano) perguntou qual era meu interesse, fez a simulação da parte financeira mas nem me mostrou a moto. Já havia ido a loja há muito tempo atrás e tinha sido bem atendido mas dessa vez foi bem decepcionante, ainda mais que tinha vindo da Honda da General Carneiro e tive um bom atendimento lá, a comparação éinevitável. Se for ver novamente Yamaha pretendo ir em outra unidade ou em outro município.
I arrived at the reception on 02/23/2022 around 11:00, the guy at the reception didn't answer me and there were two salesmen in attendance, so I waited and kept looking at the bikes. Then a person who should be from the technical assistance who was passing by the store told me to wait for someone to answer, so when I saw that one of the salespeople was free, I asked if he could help me, he (Luciano) asked what my interest was, did the simulation of the financial part but didn't even show me the bike. I had been to the store a long time ago and had been well attended but this time it was very disappointing, especially since I had come from General Carneiro's Honda and had good service there, the comparison is inevitable. If I go to see Yamaha again I intend to go to another unit or in another municipality.
