★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço de laboratório que usei. Por conta da pandemia solicitei os resultados dos exames que não consigo pegar no site e já tem quase 1 mês e não enviam. Atendem mal ao telefone. No geral as atendentes são muito mal educadas.
Worst laboratory service I used. Because of the pandemic I requested the results of the exams that I can't get on the website and it's almost 1 month old and they don't send it. They hardly answer the phone. In general the attendants are very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, falta um atendimento mais humano, as atendentes precisam de um treinamento. Já na parte laboratorial, falta agilidade na entrega de resultados (principal mente para quem não pode pegar no local), site não funcionante e canal de atendimento ruim, telefone nunca atende (tentei mais de 10 vezes ), o whatsapp demora muito a responder e é ineficiente. Uma pena porque a estrutura do prédio é boa!
Bad, there is a lack of a more human service, the attendants need training. In the laboratory part, there is a lack of speed in the delivery of results (especially for those who cannot pick up on the spot), a non-functioning website and a bad service channel, the phone never answers (I tried more than 10 times), whatsapp takes a long time to answer and it is inefficient. A pity because the structure of the building is good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira vez que usei o serviço desse laboratório e tentei pegar o resultado pelo site mas infelizmente só recebemos o cartão porque o serviço disponibilizado não funciona. Um transtorno e stress uma vez que vamos ter que nos deslocar até uma unidade pra pegar. Não pretendo mais usar o serviço desse laboratório. Liguei solicitando sem sucesso. Deixou a desejar.
It was the first time I used the service from this laboratory and I tried to get the result through the website but unfortunately we only received the card because the service provided does not work. An inconvenience and stress since we will have to travel to a unit to get it. I no longer intend to use this laboratory's service. I called requesting without success. Left to be desired.

Terrible! After having to wait 7 days to receive a blood test, I went to pick it up on the date marked on the card and it still wasn't ready! I had to reschedule my medical appointment because of this exam
