★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para fazer a lavagem do meu tapete, o mesmo com uma mancha de sujeira aparente que era o que me incomodava, como o intuito foi mandar lava-lo principalmente para remover essa mancha, fiquei decepcionada ao receber o tapete com a mancha intacta, exatamente como estava antes da lavagem, não fui informada sobre a possibilidade de não removerem a mancha, foi isso que me decepcionou, se tivesse sido avisada antes, não teria mandado lavar num especialista, eu mesma lavava normalmente em casa.
