★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É infelizmente isso ainda acontece com o consumidor, mas amigo o PROCOM está aí pra isso...um absurdo vc pagar com dinheiro, recebe uma peça Errada, vai devolver e NÃO pode? NÃO pode receber seu dinheiro de volta?? não ter o produto e ainda não poder receber seu dinheiro de volta, ou de troco? Rsrsrs. Pra mim também seria nota zero! Atendimento desse tipo ou parecido, não recomendo, não compro, melhor falando, não queria passar nem em frente!
Unfortunately, this still happens to the consumer, but friend PROCOM is there for that ... it is absurd to pay with cash, receive a wrong part, will you return it and CAN'T? CAN'T get your money back ?? not having the product and still not being able to get your money back, or change? Lol. For me it would also be zero! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela, mas se pudesse teria um Sinal De negativo, gerente super Abusada e que não resolve uma simples troca. O cliente sempre sai chateado se for resolver Algo. Não recomendo comprar nada, nem um parafuso. Pois Até hoje estou com um crédito que me deu em uma cidade distante que não me serve de nada. Deveria ter me devolvido o dinheiro que paguei, Já que não tinha A peça que queria. NÃO adianta resolver só a sua parte, paguei em dinheiro, e não fiquei devendo nada. Se quisse resolver mesmo teriA me devolvido o dinheiro e não ter me dado crédito.
I gave it a star, but if I could I would have a negative sign, a super-abused manager who doesn't solve a simple exchange. The customer is always upset if he solves something. I don't recommend buying anything, not even a screw. Well, to this day, I have a credit you gave me in a distant city that is of no use to me. I should have returned the money I paid, since I didn't have the piece I wanted. There is no point in solving just your part, I paid in cash, and I did not owe anything. If I wanted to solve it, I would have returned the money and not given me credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito espaçoso, atendimento de primeira, tanto do proprietário, quanto dos funcionários, tem sala de jogos pros motorista, sala de espera com café e água, melhor oficina disparada de Parnamirim, e grande Natal.
Very spacious, first class service, both from the owner and the staff, it has a games room for the driver, a waiting room with coffee and water, the best workshop in Parnamirim, and great Christmas.
