★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como quase toda atividade no Brasil, a Refrigeração tem que atender uma série de normas legais.
Grande parte dos profissionais envolvidos com ela ainda desconhecem boa parte dessas normas. Para eles e, é claro, seus clientes, isso pode se tornar um problema sério se elas não forem atendidas.
 Like almost every activity in Brazil, Refrigeration has to meet a series of legal regulations.
Most of the professionals involved with it are still unaware of a good part of these rules. For them and, of course, their customers, this can become a serious problem if they are not addressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É raro encontrarmos uma empresa tão completa. Do primeiro atendimento, até o conserto fui bem atendido. Profissionais preparados, cuidadosos, bem padronizados (pois também atendem em grandes empresas), além de ser assistência técnica também.
It is rare for us to find such a complete company. From the first service until the repair I was well attended. Professionals prepared, careful, well standardized (as they also serve in large companies), as well as technical assistance.

Recentemente instalaram meu ar condicionado e não conseguiram ligá-lo. Disseram que era um problema no quadro e eu teria que chamar um eletricista para consertar.
O eletricista veio e alegou que a ligação elétrica do ar foi feita incorretamente. Ao manter contato com a Juliana, ela se esquivou e disse que os funcionários dela não erram (é sério isso?). Depois de muita luta, eles vieram novamente aqui e disseram que o motor estava queimado e eu teria que substituir (o ar só tinha 10 meses de pouco uso).
Não satisfeito, busquei outro profissional, que em menos de 20 minutos colocou o ar para funcionar e confirmou o que o eletricista havia dito - a ligação foi feita incorretamente e o ar estava em curto.
Poor service and service from Dona Juliana.
They recently installed my air conditioner and couldn't turn it on. They said it was a problem on the board and I would have to call an electrician to fix it.
The electrician came and claimed that the electrical connection of the air was made incorrectly. Keeping in touch with Juliana, she dodged and said that her employees don't make mistakes (is that serious?). After a lot of fighting, they came back here and said the engine was burned out and I would have to replace it (the air was only 10 months old).
Not satisfied, I looked for another professional, who in less than 20 minutes started the air and confirmed what the electrician had said - the call was made incorrectly and the air was shorted.

Good service, fast installation time. The professionals installed my air perfectly and even discarded the box and Styrofoam leaving the environment clean. They taught the commands of air conditioning, I will always indicate this competent company with great price.

Não cumprimento de prazos e desculpas vazias é tudo o que você vai encontrar na JG Ar-condicionado. O atendimento é tão ruim, te deixa tão frustrado e irritado, que a qualidade do serviço perde completamente a relevância.
Um serviço com prazo de 72 horas foi concluído em 216 horas. Só vieram instalar o aparelho porque minha paciência se esgotou por completo e informei que levaria o caso à justiça se mais um dia se passasse. Ainda quebraram a bandeja de dreno da evaporadora. Mas, o problema maior não é o atraso em si, e sim as desculpas, as mentiras.
"Ligaremos em 15 minutos para informá-lo do prazo final",
"Vamos entrar em contato com o técnico e ligamos em seguida para o senhor",
"Ligaremos até às 18h para combinarmos uma hora",
nada disso acontece.
"Infelizmente houve um imprevisto, mas a próxima instalação será a sua",
"Não foi possível realizar a instalação hoje porque choveu, mas amanhã iremos sem falta",
"O carro do técnico quebrou, amanhã sua instalação será a primeira",
"Tivemos que instalar outro equipamento antes do seu e houve um problema, prendendo os técnicos o dia todo nesta instalação, mas amanhã...",
e os dias vão se passando, as desculpas e mentiras se acumulando.
Se estiverem sobrecarregados ou se preferem priorizar contratos com empresas, licitações, informem ao cliente e recusem o serviço. Não assumam um compromisso se não tiverem condições, competência ou caráter para cumprí-lo. Sejam profissionais, ou saiam do mercado e o deixem para profissionais de verdade.
Aos que estiverem se perguntando se vale à pena contratar os serviços da JG Ar-condicionado, acreditem: não vale.
By far, the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider.
Missing deadlines and empty excuses are all you'll find at JG Air Conditioning. The service is so bad, it makes you so frustrated and irritated, that the quality of the service completely loses its relevance.
A 72-hour service completed in 216 hours. They only came to install the device because my patience ran out and I informed them that I would take the case to court if another day passed. They even broke the evaporator drain tray. But the biggest problem is not the delay itself, but the excuses, the lies.
"We will call you in 15 minutes to inform you of the deadline",
"We'll get in touch with the technician and we'll call you right away,"
"We will call until 6pm to arrange an hour",
none of that happens.
"Unfortunately there was an unforeseen event, but the next installation will be yours",
"It was not possible to carry out the installation today because it rained, but tomorrow we will go without fail",
"The technician’s car broke down, tomorrow his installation will be the first”,
"We had to install other equipment before yours and there was a problem, holding technicians all day in this installation, but tomorrow...",
and the days go by, the excuses and lies piling up.
If you are overloaded or if you prefer to prioritize contracts with companies, bids, inform the customer and refuse the service. Do not make a commitment if you do not have the conditions, competence or character to fulfill it. Be professional, or leave the market and leave it to real professionals.
Those who are wondering if it is worth hiring the services of JG Ar-Conditioner, believe me: it is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde do dia 19/03/2021 que estou aguardando um retorno da JG Refrigeração sobre minha solicitação e até hoje (06/05/2021), eles dizem que vai verificar, e nada. Quando mais precisei deles (em pleno calor de Recife), eles simplesmente ignoram o cliente quando o serviço está fora da garantia legal. É uma pena porque elogiei o serviço no primeiro momento, mais diante dessa situação, não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém.
Since 03/19/2021 I have been waiting for a return from JG Refrigeração on my request and until today (06/05/2021), they say they will check, and nothing. When I needed them most (in the heat of Recife), they simply ignore the customer when the service is outside the legal guarantee. It is a pity because I praised the service at first, but given this situation, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Entrei em contato com a empresa e agendei várias vezes uma visita com os técnicos e em nenhuma vez, vieram. Sempre arrumaram uma desculpa e até hoje não resolveram. Não recomendo
I requested a preventive maintenance service and after the service my split started to malfunction: sometimes it wouldn't freeze. I contacted the company and scheduled a visit with the technicians several times and they never came. They always found an excuse and to this day they haven't solved it. I do not recommend
