★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro teve um problema no motor, o motor aqueceu, fiquei parado um tempo na estrada até que me foi indicado este local, cheguei por volta de 12 horas, no inicio demoraram muito para atender. Até ai tudo bem, no inicio do atendimento já veio o 1º erro, colocaram um adolescente menor de idade para realizar o atendimento e o pior, sem nenhum acompanhamento durante praticamente todo o tempo. Foi identificado que somente uma das mangueiras estava com vazamento, e depois de mais de 4 horas de realização das trocas, o garoto avisou o dono que tinha terminado o trabalho. Eu estava com minha esposa grávida durante tudo isso, ao final do trabalho, eu quis garantia que o carro não me traria problemas, e o mesmo afirmou que sim, estava tudo ok. Já eram por volta de 17 horas da tarde. Realizei o pagamento e peguei a estrada novamente, ainda faltavam cerca de 200 km até o destino. Depois de 20 minutos na estrada, o carro começou a apresentar o mesmo problema, tive que parar o mesmo no meio da BR 316 em uma curva e totalmente escuro. Fiquei horas com minha esposa grávida aguardando algum carro guincho. Por pouco minha esposa não teve uma crise, fiquei totalmente perdido por um trabalho mal executado. Somente as 22 horas consegui ajuda. Corri risco de vida, da vida do meu filho e da minha esposa. No final era a bomba dágua que não funcionava, o que ocasionou tudo. Tive essa péssima experiência com esse local. O que não desejo que ninguem passe por isso. Que essa resenha sirva para o estabelecimento melhorar o seu atendimento e na prestação de serviços.

So far so good, at the beginning of the service, the first mistake came, they put a minor underage to perform the service and the worst, without any follow-up for practically all the time. It was identified that only one of the hoses was leaking, and after more than 4 hours of making the changes, the boy informed the owner that he had finished the job. I was with my pregnant wife during all this, at the end of the work, I wanted to guarantee that the car would not cause me any problems, and he said that yes, everything was ok. It was already around five o'clock in the afternoon. I made the payment and hit the road again, there were still about 200 km to the destination. After 20 minutes on the road, the car started to present the same problem, I had to stop it in the middle of the BR 316 in a curve and totally dark. I spent hours with my pregnant wife waiting for a tow truck. My wife almost didn't have a crisis, I was totally lost by a poorly executed job. Only at 10 pm did I get help. I was at risk of life, of the life of my son and my wife. In the end it was the water pump that didn't work, which caused everything. I had this terrible experience with this place. What I don't want anyone to experience. May this review serve for the establishment to improve its service and the provision of services.
