★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento; demora no app; geram um tempo pra espera mas nunca colocam que será mais de 1 hora e meia pra receber um mísero lanche que chegou para mim em menos de 15min desde a saída do motoboy até minha casa. Não vejo pra que tanta demora sendo que já estava perto do horário de encerramento se não quisessem me mandar o pedido adequado poderiam nem ter aceito o mesmo; espero que melhorem em todos os aspectos pra que futuros clientes não reclamem novamente; pois se depender de mim não peço nunca mais.
Terrible attendance; delay in the app; they generate a waiting time but never say that it will be more than 1 hour and a half to receive a measly snack that arrived for me in less than 15 minutes from the courier's departure to my house. I don't see why such a delay, since it was already close to closing time, if they didn't want to send me the proper request, they might not even have accepted it; I hope they improve in all aspects so that future customers don't complain again; because if it depends on me I never ask again.
