★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer com uma amiga, ao chegar no local observei que é o antigo Tayô Oriental, permanece com a mesma administração, o mesmo atendimento "horrível", e a comida de péssima qualidade. Resumindo: não consumi nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de atendimento. Demora absurda nos pedidos, para no final ainda chegar pela metade. Terminamos de comer e o restante ainda nem tinha começado a ser feito. Falta de respeito com os clientes. Chuva de clientes reclamando no local.
Poor quality of service. It takes a long time to order, and in the end it still arrives halfway through. We finished eating and the rest hadn't even started to be done yet. Lack of respect for customers. Rain of customers complaining on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido às 18:30h. São exatamente 21:55h neste exato momento e até agora o pedido não chegou. Avisaram que iria demorar 90 min na hora do pedido. Essa empresa é um lixo e não tem nenhum compromisso com o cliente. Não recomendo para ninguém. Cilada total!
I placed the order at 6:30 pm. It's exactly 9:55 pm right now and so far the order hasn't arrived. They said it would take 90 minutes to order. This company is rubbish and has no customer service. I don't recommend it to anyone. Total trap!

Fui jantar com minha família, fiz todo o pedido e não chegou os itens que solicitamos, ficamos aguardando alguma garçonete pra que possamos informar que ainda faltava itens, mas a demora pra atender é gigante, sei que não é todo dia que você está bem mas ela me atendeu super mal, informei que estava faltando peças, a garçonete toda ignorante... Enfim, não vale a pena!
The service is horrible! I went to dinner with my family, I placed the entire order and the items we requested did not arrive, we were waiting for a waitress to let us know that there were still items missing, but the delay to serve is huge, I know it's not every day that you're fine but she treated me very poorly, I informed her that I was missing parts, the waitress was all ignorant... Anyway, it's not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, as garçonetes são mal educadas e sem paciência, os donos igualmente, o ambiente fica fedendo a óleo, os banheiros são sujos, tem goteira nas mesas e pra completar: No dia que fui, o restaurante estava sem porta e foi assaltado!!! Levaram tudo de todo mundo que estava lá!! Inacreditável um restaurante abrir sem porta!! E não ter um segurança!!! Tinham tudo pra dar certo, a comida não é ruim, mas eu fico impressionado como a gestão é péssima. Mais impressionando ainda como conseguem manter esse restaurante que tem 1.5 de avaliação no google e menos de 3 no ifood.
The service is terrible, the waitresses are rude and impatient, the owners are the same, the atmosphere stinks of oil, the bathrooms are dirty, there are leaks on the tables and to complete: The day I went, the restaurant had no door and it was assaulted!!! They took everything from everyone who was there!! Unbelievable for a restaurant to open without a door!! And not having a security!!! They had everything to go right, the food isn't bad, but I'm impressed how bad the management is. Even more impressive how they manage to keep this restaurant that has a 1.5 rating on google and less than 3 on ifood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery demora absurdamente, moro próximo, fiz o pedido as 19h17 pelo Ifood e chegou às 21h41. Só dão desculpas pelo chat, dizendo que é aguardando motoqueiro, quando finalmente avisaram que o pedido havia saído, ainda levou quase 50min para chegar até mim (depois é que vi no ifood a chuva de más avaliações).
A comida não é ruim, mas não vale o desgaste. Há opções no mercado com qualidade do produto, preço justo e bom atendimento. Pedi nesse pq era perto da minha residência, local com boa aparência, enfim, foi uma péssima escolha.
Péssima administração, péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo.
Delivery takes absurdly, I live nearby, I ordered at 7:17 pm through Ifood and it arrived at 9:41 pm. They only apologize for the chat, saying that it is waiting for a biker, when they finally informed that the order had left, it still took almost 50min to reach me (then I saw the rain of bad reviews on ifood).
The food isn't bad, but not worth the wear and tear. There are options in the market with product quality, fair price and good service. I asked for this because it was close to my residence, a good looking place, in short, it was a bad choice.
Bad management, bad service. I do not recommend.
