★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche em si é uma dlç... mas eles demoram MUITO pra fazer um lanche.. coisa de 40 min... ja teve vez de eu pedir com 1 hora de antecedencia im hamburguer e chegar la pra retirar e esperar mais 30 min pra depois o cara falar que nao tem hamburguer..... ( e isso nao é um caso isolado, nunca tem nada) pessima organizaçao.. unica coisa que salva é q o lanche é bom msm
The snack itself is a dlç... but they take a LONG time to make a snack.. something like 40 min... I had to order 1 hour in advance im hamburger and get there to pick it up and wait another 30 min. and then the guy says he doesn't have a hamburger..... (and this is not an isolated case, there's never anything) bad organization.. the only thing that saves is that the snack is really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência, é ir pra passar raiva. Os lanches são demorados, além de passarem pessoas na frente que vieram depois de você. Se você questiona do tempo eles ainda te tratam com extrema estupidez. Não tem o mínimo de educação. Não vale a pena comer em um lugar para ser tratado com tamanha ignorância e estupidez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um péssimo atendimento neste lugar, pedi 2 lanches e demorou mais de 50min para ficar pronto, fui reclamar de tamanha demora e observei que eles passaram outras pessoas na minha frente, os dois caras que fazem o lanche começaram a gritar, me trataram super mal, foi uma falta de respeito tremenda, ou seja, além de demorar ainda ficam batendo boca com o cliente. Não recomendo, local desorganizado, mesas sujas, péssimo!!!
I had a bad service at this place, I ordered 2 snacks and it took more than 50min to be ready, I went to complain about such a delay and noticed that they passed other people in front of me, the two guys who make the snacks started screaming, they treated me super badly , it was a tremendous lack of respect, that is, in addition to taking too long, they are still chatting with the customer. I do not recommend, disorganized place, dirty tables, terrible!!!

Foi um dia péssimo pra mim, meu pai faleceu, eu estava mal e ainda tenho que ouvir desaforos. Gente, não comprem lá. Experiência própria...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Sempre há demora na preparação dos lanches. São muito desorganizados. Embora o lanche seja uma delícia, muito bom mesmo, demora de meia hora a uma hora para ficar pronto. Não tem regularidade no horário. Preparam os lanches de forma desorganizada e aleatória. E quando o cliente faz a observação do tempo, maltratam o cliente e não assumem que erraram, sempre dão desculpas que não condizem com a situação.
Awful. There is always a delay in preparing snacks. They are very disorganized. Although the snack is delicious, very good indeed, it takes from half an hour to an hour to be ready. There is no regularity in time. They prepare snacks in a disorganized and random way. And when the client observes the time, they mistreat the client and don't assume they were wrong, they always make excuses that don't match the situation.
