Tive diversos problemas lá, vou citar alguns:
Levei meu carro pra trocar diversas peças (velas, cabos, limpeza de bico, troquei correria dentada, atuador de marcha lenta e etc). Era p/ o meu carro sair de lá super bem, só que não! Depois de rodar alguns minutos, entrou ar no sistema. Ou seja, o carro ficou acelerando sozinho por causa do atuador de marcha lenta que eu troquei lá. Voltei lá e o mecanico (da JJ) ñ conseguiu resolver o problema e disse pra eu voltar num outro dia. No mesmo dia, eu fui em outro mecanico (outra mecanica) e o mesmo, em minutos, conseguiu isolar a peça e tirar o ar do sistema e o carro ficou bem (vai vendo). Só que mesmo assim eu tive que comprar outro atuador pq ele foi mal instalado pelo pessoal da JJ mecatronica e o mecanico (da outra mecanica) disse que eu ia ter que comprar outro atuador pra ficar bom mesmo. Fui lá (JJ mec) tentei resolver na conversa, expliquei que teria que comprar outra peça e mesmo assim nem a metade do preço quiseram me devolver.
Resumindo, tive que comprar outra peça pro mecanico(outra oficina) trocar.
Sem contar, que o outro mecanico me deu a entender (ele não afirmou pq disse que era falta de ética) que não foi trocada a correia dentada e esticador pelo estado de conservação das mesmas.
e que o bico, que eu tinha mandado limpar na JJ, não estava limpo ou nao tinha sido limpo...Olha que absurdo!
Outro problema: Fui pedir pra um rapaz de lá verificar um barulho numa das rodas. O mecanico tirou a roda e nao achou o problema (detalhe, era uma simples mola fazendo barulho. Outro mecanico identificou em minutos isso). Aí, o mecanico da JJ colocou a roda no lugar e eu fui embora. Eu ia viajar nesse dia e nao pude, olha só... No outro dia, fui verificar e a roda estava quase solta! O mecanico da JJ não apertou os parafusos! Sinceramente, são problemas inadmissíveis! Não parafusar um pneu!!! Corri risco por causa disso!!! Eu só não fui a justiça porque não encontrei a (ainda) a nota fiscal que me deram lá. Não recomendo a ninguém!!!
I do not recommend!
I had several problems there, I will mention a few:
I took my car to change several parts (candles, cables, nozzle cleaning, I changed toothed runs, idle actuators and etc). It was for my car to get out of there very well, but not! After running for a few minutes, air entered the system. In other words, the car was accelerating alone because of the idle actuator that I changed there. I went back there and the mechanic (from JJ) ñ managed to solve the problem and told me to come back another day. On the same day, I went to another mechanic (another mechanic) and the same, in minutes, managed to isolate the part and take the air out of the system and the car was fine (see). But even so I had to buy another actuator because it was badly installed by JJ mecatronica staff and the mechanic (from the other mechanic) said that I was going to have to buy another actuator to be really good. I went there (JJ mec) I tried to solve it in the conversation, I explained that I would have to buy another piece and even then half the price didn't want to return it to me.
In short, I had to buy another part for the mechanic (another workshop) to change.
Not to mention, that the other mechanic gave me to understand (he did not say because he said it was unethical) that the toothed belt and tensioner was not changed by their state of conservation.
and that the nozzle, which I had ordered to be cleaned at JJ, was not clean or had not been cleaned ... Look how absurd!
Another problem: I went to ask a guy over there to check a noise on one of the wheels. The mechanic removed the wheel and did not find the problem (detail, it was a simple spring making noise. Another mechanic identified this in minutes). Then, the JJ mechanic put the wheel in place and I left. I was going to travel that day and I couldn't, look ... The other day, I went to check and the wheel was almost loose! JJ's mechanic didn't tighten the screws! Honestly, they are unacceptable problems! Do not screw a tire !!! I was at risk because of that !!! I just didn't go to court because I didn't find the (yet) invoice they gave me there. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!
