★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não entregaram a torneira que eu havia comprado e deixado lá para tirar medidas, depois disseram que se não fossemos buscar, ficaria lá até quando houvesse uma próxima entrega, sem previsão.

Enviamos o projeto com fotos para orçamento, após virem tirar as medidas, o orçamento deles é o mais em conta.
Porém, o barato sai caro, pois na hora da entrega tudo é a parte, peças como rodapé, detalhes não estão no orçamento.
Detalhe, alegam que não constava no orçamento (perai, eu tenho que entender de medidas e projeto? ficar conferindo orçamento?) garanto que todas as outras cotadas, essas peças já constavam... ou seja roubam metragem para ganhar o orçamento.
Cobram para realizar o corte para o cooktop, entregam sem cortar e depois você tem que pagar taxa "extra" para o serviço.
Péssimo atendimento, não medem esforços para perder o cliente, por causa de 20,00 perderam outro serviço.
Isso aconteceu conosco e com a obra de meu sogro, onde após eles tirarem todas as medidas para a obra, o material entregue não coincidia com as medidas reais. Pra variar tudo é cobrado novamente por alegarem que demorou muito tempo para a finalização da obra (Perai não sabia que granito encolhia ou aumentava de tamanho).
Resumo, não recomendo. O "Barato" sai caro.
We do not recommend this company! Dishonest company.
We send the project with photos for budget, after coming to take the measurements, their budget is the most in account.
However, the cheap is expensive, because at the time of delivery everything is the part, pieces like footer, details are not in the budget.
Detail, they claim that it was not included in the budget (perai, I have to understand of measures and project? To be checking budget?) I guarantee that all other listed, these pieces were already included ... or steal footage to win the budget.
They charge to make the cut for the cooktop, they deliver without cutting and then you have to pay "extra" fee for the service.
Poor service, no efforts to lose the customer, because of 20.00 lost another service.
This happened to us and to the work of my father-in-law, where after they took all measures for the work, the material delivered did not match the actual measures. For a change everything is charged again for claiming that it took a long time for the completion of the work (Perai did not know that granite shrunk or increased in size).
Summary, do not recommend. The "Cheap" is expensive.

Terrible service, 5 days to make a scratch on a threshold and they only did it in 5 because I charged it.
