★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 2 pias, na qual uma delas foi colada com silicone, ficando rebarbas, nojento não dá pra limpar as laterais da cuba, essa mesma pia bateu um prato na borda tirou uma lasca, porém muito pequena, procurei atendente Bruna, quer cobrar R$100,00 pra colar, alegando que terá gasto com funcionário, gasolina ( não sei que gasolina, pois moro bem próximo a marmoraria), cobrar cola pra colar a lasca!
Eu perguntei cadê a garantia?
Disse que não cobre mal uso!!! Esse mal uso no qual ela se refere, foi simplesmente um prato que escorregou da mão batendo na pia, ( prato de vidro ), então material é descartável, pois danificou a pia e o prato de vidro não quebrou!!!
Cadê a garantia que eles dizem que tem ?
