★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Os produtos são caros, o atendimento da loja que fica na Kichiro Murata é inexistente portanto nem como ruim posso classificar. Já houve duas ocasiões em que entrei, andei a loja TODA, fiquei quase 30 minutos lá dentro sem que ninguém viesse me atender e sai também sem ser notada. Ah, sem mencionar que o telefone é INÚTIL pois acabo de fazer 10 ligações seguidas para o local, sem sucesso algum. Ainda cogitava comprar lá por ser mais próximo da minha casa mas agora mesmo o concorrente sendo muito mais longe, faço questão de ir até lá, onde minhas dúvidas já foram sanadas em uma simples ligação.
 Terrible. The products are expensive, the service at the store located at Kichiro Murata is non-existent so I can't even classify it as bad. There have been two occasions when I went in, walked the whole store, spent almost 30 minutes inside without anyone coming to see me and also left without being noticed. Oh, not to mention that the phone is USELESS because I just made 10 consecutive calls to the place, without any success. I was still considering buying there because it is closer to my home but even now the competitor is much further away, I insist on going there, where my doubts have already been solved in a simple call.
