★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui recomendada a levar meu carro no Jackson, porque ele é especialista em câmbio automático, deixei o carro e não falaram que tinha que pagar para avaliar o problema. Ok paguei. A estimativa do concerto da embreagem era de 8/9 mil reais (imaginem o susto) porém meu carro tem recall, soube depois por outro mecânico que não era especialista em carro automático, ou seja meu carro teria custo zero pela autorizada, fiquei pensando se um especialista em câmbio automático como o Jackson não sabia disso. Fora que ele ficou de me ligar quando voltasse do recesso e estou até hoje esperando. Achei péssimo o profissionalismo e a sinceridade. Não recomendo.
I was recommended to take my car to Jackson, because he specializes in automatic transmission, I left the car and they didn't say that I had to pay to assess the problem. Okay I paid. The estimate for the clutch concert was 8/9 thousand reais (imagine the scare) but my car is recalled, I later learned from another mechanic who was not an automatic car specialist, that is, my car would cost zero for the authorized one, I was wondering if an automatic gear specialist like Jackson didn't know that. Besides, he stayed to call me when he got back from recess and I'm waiting until today. I thought professionalism and sincerity were terrible. I do not recommend.

Comprei uma peça pelo site deles paguei por PIX, no outro dia tinham cancelado o pedido por falta de pagamento e mandaram outro PIX para pagar novamente. Depois de reclamar no Reclame Aqui resolveram mandar a peça, chegou a peça não serviu para o carro, entrei em contato solicitando a devolução, informaram que tinha que mandar a peça e quando chegasse lá eles devolveriam imediatamente o valor da peça e do Frete. Agora adivinha se eles devolveram o dinheiro? Até o momento eles não conseguiram fazer o “financeiro” fazer um PIX para devolver, ou seja pegaram a peça de volta e estão com o dinheiro, basicamente um roubo. Fica aí o conselho quem quiser comprar com eles procure qualquer outra empresa, essa aqui não vale o estresse. Vou ter que acionar a empresa na justiça para receber o valor que deveriam ter devolvido já imediatamente.

After complaining at Reclame Aqui they decided to send the part, the part arrived it didn't fit the car, I contacted them asking for a return, they informed me that I had to send the part and when I got there they would immediately refund the value of the part and Shipping. Now guess if they returned the money? So far they haven't been able to get the “financial” to make a PIX to return it, that is, they took the piece back and they have the money, basically a theft. Here's the advice, if you want to buy from them, look for any other company, this one is not worth the stress. I will have to sue the company in court to receive the amount they should have returned immediately.

Já retornei o carro mais de 4 vezes e me dão a mesma desculpa , levei em outra pessoa para uma avaliação e me mostrou o serviço porco que foi feito pelo Sr. Jackson . Quero meu dinheiro de volta !
