Vieram instalar prateleira (que ficou bamba pois não concluíram), quebraram a cerâmica, furaram o cano, colocaram o tanque torto, danificaram a parede ao tentar consertar de maneira pífia, ficaram de voltar p consertarem e me deixaram esperando em vão. Se não sabem fazer, não metam a mão e nem marquem com o cliente a toa. Desrespeito, nem se desculparam pelo transtorno e danos causados, no mínimo irresponsáveis. Liguei tentando explicar e fui ignorada, tiram o corpo fora, não se responsabilizam. Diante dessa situação é que vemos quem é quem.
Bad experience, not professional. They came to install a shelf (which was wobbly because they didn't finish it), broke the ceramic, pierced the pipe, placed the tank crooked, damaged the wall when trying to fix it in a poor way, they kept coming back to fix it and left me waiting in vain. If you don't know how to do it, don't reach out and don't make an appointment with the client for nothing. Disrespect, nor apologized for the inconvenience and damage caused, at least irresponsible. I called trying to explain and was ignored, they take the body out, they are not responsible. Faced with this situation, we see who is who.
