Um tal de Victor que é o responsável pela medição, disse que tinha que dar 50% para irem tirar as medidas no local, paguei e até agora nada, já passou o prazo da entrega, já liguei e falei 5x com ele e eles dizendo que vai no dia que ligo e não vai, já fui lá e ele não estáva na loja. Não recomendo. Não tem compromisso. Bando de Pilantras!!!!

For the second bad time. They don't meet deadlines, they don't get in touch to give satisfaction and look that the purchase was in cash. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 3 anos já tentando resolver meu problema. Era marmoraria Santa lúcia, e vitor hugo mudou o nome para marmoraria JLS. Não responde, liga não atende. Hoje fui à marmoraria estava fechada. Estou sem minha pia do banheiro pois trincou e ficaram de trocar, enviaram um profissional totalmente desqualificado pra consertar um erro na minha pia da cozinha, e estragou o que estava menos pior. Resumindo, minha pia está em um estado lastimável. Quem fechar com eles vai ter problema. Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta!
I've been trying to solve my problem for 3 years. It was the Santa Lucia marble factory, and Vitor Hugo changed the name to JLS marble factory. No answer, no answer. Today I went to the marble shop it was closed. I'm without my bathroom sink because it cracked and they were replaced, they sent a totally unqualified professional to fix a mistake in my kitchen sink, and they ruined what was less worse. In short, my sink is in a sorry state. Whoever closes with them will have a problem. I want my money back!
