Primeiramente quero deixar bem claro que isso é uma crítica construtiva.
Estive agora na oficina e procurei pelo Sr. Márcio que de imediato me falou para aguardar um instante que estava finalizando uma conversa com um suposto cliente. Fiquei exatamente 30 minutos esperando para ser atendido, e isso só aconteceu porque chegou um material para ele receber e o fez encerrar a conversa com esse tal cliente. Por fim ele venho me atender e por incrível que pareça não passou de 1 minuto de conversa esse atendimento. Ele me fez aguardar 30 minutos para me falar que o atendimento dele é somente mediante agendamento e para eu ligar na próxima segunda-feira para verificar se teria uma possível vaga para ele fazer um diagnóstico em meu carro. Fiquei extremamente chateado com isso pois verifiquei antes nas avaliações do Google e me pareceu ser muito boa e confiável a oficina. Em fim..... Reforço que isso é uma crítica construtiva, para que não se repita com outras pessoas. Obrigado.

First I want to make it very clear that this is constructive criticism.
I was now in the workshop and looked for Mr. Márcio who immediately told me to wait a moment that he was finishing a conversation with a supposed client. I spent exactly 30 minutes waiting to be served, and that only happened because a material arrived for him to receive and made him end the conversation with this client. Finally, he comes to attend to me and, incredible as it may seem, this service didn't last more than 1 minute of conversation. He made me wait 30 minutes to tell me that his service is by appointment only and for me to call next Monday to see if there was a possible vacancy for him to diagnose my car. I was extremely upset about this because I checked it before on Google reviews and the repair shop seemed to be very good and reliable. Finally..... I reinforce that this is constructive criticism, so that it doesn't happen again with other people. Thanks.
