De glória para niteroi e acha que entregador tem fazer no amor , a todo momento eu atencioso e te mando ajudar entrei em contato , coisa que a empresa não fez nenhum contato , daí covarde me classific ruim no app de entrega e eu fico no prejuízo, atenção ao negociar com a empresa , covarde fazer isso , pior que ainda tive que voltar os 28 km por erro deles e nem sequer um obrigado , sem comentário a esse tipo de empresa !

Clientes para eles são só números!!! A dona deve reaver o tratamento com os clientes URGENTE!
Company sins too much in online customer service. They take ages to respond to whatssap, and if you've already made the purchase through the website, you're waiting to withdraw the order, then you suffer to wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra saber do meu pedido no dia da entrega, disseram que se está na rota seria entregue.. nem se quer olharam o pedido e o mesmo não chegou! Entrando em contato disseram que não poderia entregar e se poderia cancelar e estornar o valor, muito simples pra eles! E o compromisso com os meus clientes? Da mesma forma que vcs dão prazo de entrega, eu dou para os meus clientes.. muita falta de organização e zelo com seus clientes! Não volta a fazer e nem recomendo a ninguém..

Contacting them said they couldn't deliver and they could cancel and refund the amount, very simple for them! And the commitment to my customers? In the same way that you give delivery deadlines, I give them to my customers.. a lot of lack of organization and zeal with their customers! I won't do it again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
