mandou o carro q ficou preso na policia c doc atrasado, nao atendia ligacoes. fiquei um dia e meio com minha esposa, uma crianca de 2 anos e uma idosa octagenaria com tudo ja embalado esperando e sem resposta. Depois me mandou msg zap q teria q providenciar outro caminhao maior pq eu nao tinha passado a relacao correta da mudanca para ele e que aguardasse q ele "estava resolvendo". terei q pagar outro aluguel do imovel ao proprietario, pois por essa situacao, passei da data limite de permanencia no imovel.
Experiencia horrivel, passamos 1 dia e meio e uma noite as claras sem resposta nem perspectivas.
Achei muita falta de profissionalismo da empresa.

sent the car that got stuck in the police and doc late, did not answer calls. I spent a day and a half with my wife, a 2 year old child and an elderly octagonary with everything already packed waiting and unanswered. Then he sent me msg zap q would have to provide another bigger truck because I had not passed the correct ratio of the change to him and was waiting for him "was solving". I will have to pay another rental of the property to the owner, because by this situation, I passed the deadline of stay in the property.
Horrible experience, we spent 1 day and a half and one night the clear with no answer or prospects.
I found the company's lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento durante o processo de mudança, o responsável super enrolado, sem palavra, atrasou minhas mudanças cerca de 20 dias quase, o caminhão chegou somente com o motorista, tive que fazer a remoção das coisas para minha casa sozinha praticamente. Se puderem fujam, pois não compensa, é estressante e você ainda fica na mão.
Poor service during the moving process, the super curvy person, without a word, delayed my changes about 20 days almost, the truck arrived only with the driver, I had to practically remove things to my house alone. If you can get away, because it does not pay, it is stressful and you are still at hand.
