 Company designated to collect my orders from Shopee, overnight they take my store off course and leave me without pickup. Terrible service, I do not recommend this carrier to ANYONE

O telefone fixo informado no site é inexistente, mas o que é mais CURIOSO é que pelo atendimento deles via WhatsApp (que eles mesmos indicam), o atendente não se identifica de forma alguma, e pelo que o atendente disse, o WhatsApp é exclusivo canal de reclamações e informações, no entanto, o atendente não informa o próprio nome.
Uma TREMENDA falta de respeito e falta de educação com quem está buscando os serviços da transportadora. Perguntei várias vezes com quem eu estava falando e a pessoa tem medo de informar o nome. Atitude típica de empresa que provém problemas! Tô fora!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!! The landline phone informed on the website is non-existent, but what is more CURIOUS is that because of their service via WhatsApp (which they indicate), the attendant does not identify himself at all, and from what the attendant said, WhatsApp is an exclusive channel complaints and information, however, the attendant does not inform his/her own name.
A TREMENDOUS lack of respect and lack of politeness towards those seeking the services of the carrier. I asked several times who I was talking to and the person is afraid to give the name. Typical company attitude that causes problems! I'm out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não realizou o pagamento dos direitos dos motoristas de Limeira , vc tenta conversar com eles sobre o assunto um fica empurrando a responsabilidade pra outro e nada resolvem . Muito chato o que fizeram com os motoristas.
The company did not pay the drivers' rights in Limeira, you try to talk to them about it, one keeps pushing the responsibility to the other and they don't solve anything. Very annoying what they did to the drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coleta dessa transportadora é incerta, tem dia que vem tem dia que nao vem, a gente tem o dia pra trabalhar e nao só ficar esperando alguém vir coletar, deviam de ser mais responsáveis. Ter um telefone para quem tem loja, para podermos entrar em contato pra saber se vem ou não, assim poderíamos ter tempo pra fazer outras coisas, perder tempo esperando algo que não vem.
Collection from this carrier is uncertain, some days it comes, some days it doesn't, we have the day to work and not just wait for someone to come and collect, they should be more responsible. Having a phone number for those who have a store, so we can get in touch to see if they're coming or not, so we could have time to do other things, waste time waiting for something that doesn't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre com os prazos de coleta do mercado livre full, solicitamos a coleta com muita antecedência e já é a terceira vez que não coletam e ai o mercado livre reagenda para longos 10 a 15 dias para frente nisso ficamos sem venda e tudo certo. Só que eu não teria como falar bem de uma empresa que não cumpre com o seu trabalho que é transportar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora não cumpre prazos, tive várias vezes problema com os envios para Full do Mercadolivre, tive 2 coletas que não passaram e nem deram satisfação e perdi a coleta que só reagendaram para 7 dias, sem avisar ainda., na última coleta o motorista informou que aguardaria 15 minutos descermos e foi embora com 12 minutos sem dar satisfação, perdi o tempo de um envio que só daqui há 7 dias posso enviar novamente, muito difícil o contato com eles também, motorista Rodrigo desesperado apra ir embora, se tivesse avisado ok, mas simplesmente foi embora. Já avisei a gerência do Full do MErcadolivre no qual trabalhei por alguns anos sobre a falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa

In the last collection the driver informed that I would wait 15 minutes for us to get off and left with 12 minutes without giving satisfaction, I lost time for a shipment that I can only send again in 7 days, very difficult to contact them too, driver Rodrigo desperate to leave, if I had told ok, but it just left. I have already warned the management of Full of MErcadolivre, where I worked for some years, about the lack of professionalism of this company

O motorista Pablo não tem o mínimo de responsabilidade, veio realizar uma coleta para o full, assim que fomos informados que ele estava no local, a recepção o instruiu para estacionar nas docas ao lado, enquanto isso estava descendo as 10 caixas do 7°andar. Só após descer todas as 10 caixas e ir até a doca, pude perceber que o Sr. Pablo não teve a decência de pelo menos comunicar que tinha ido embora. Perdi toda a manhã para descer/subir as caixas fora a dor de cabeça para reagendar outra coleta. Empresa 0 empatia, com funcionário que não tem a mínima capacidade de realizar uma simples comunicação, lamentável!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho em uma empresa que infelizmente ainda continua utilizando os serviços dessa empresa de transporte onde você nunca consegue falar com nenhum responsável da parte logística para agendar horário de coleta e nem mesmo resolver qualquer outra situação por que quando você liga para lá eles pedem para você resolver através do zap mais simplesmente não te respondem no zap e quando respondem falam que o seu problema tem que ser resolvido com a plataforma que você trabalha no meu caso a Shopee e nunca assumem o seu erro que é logístico. Tivemos um problema com horário com eles onde mandaram um motorista inexperiente que não tinha nem mesmo o aplicativo para realizar a coleta e isso por volta das 16:00 horas da tarde para realizar uma coleta de mais 4mil produtos, resumindo fiqui até as 01:00 da manhã na minha empresa por conta da falta de respeito e responsabilidade da JM transportes. Fora outros tipos de problemas que já tivemos por não obter resposta dos responsáveis

We had a problem with the schedule with them where they sent an inexperienced driver who didn't even have the app to carry out the collection and that was around 16:00 in the afternoon to carry out a collection of another 4 thousand products, in short, I stayed until 01:00 in my company due to the lack of respect and responsibility of JM Transportes.
