I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH DISASTER WITH CUSTOMER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui atendido por uma imobiliária que tenha me tratado com tamanha falta de profissionalismo. Tudo o que é acordado com eles é esquecido ou postergado sem aviso. A experiência que tive é que qualquer questão que seja, só será resolvida após incessantes cobranças ou indo lá pessoalmente. Fora isso sua solicitação será solenemente ignorada. Isso justifica o péssimo histórico jurídico desta empresa - de conhecimento público bastando pesquisar no Google. Enfim, não recomendo a empresa a ninguém sejam locadores ou locatários. Fujam desta cilada.
I have never been served by a real estate agent who has treated me with such a lack of professionalism. Everything that is agreed with them is forgotten or postponed without warning. The experience I had is that any issue that is, will only be resolved after incessant charges or going there personally. Otherwise, your request will be solemnly ignored. This justifies the company's terrible legal history - public knowledge, just by searching Google. Anyway, I do not recommend the company to anyone whether they are landlords or tenants. Escape this trap.
