★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A JML é um empresa que surpreendeu as minhas expectativas, em um processo aquisitivo de um imóvel, demonstrou interesse em entender o que eu buscava e desde o primeiro contato se mostrou hábil em negociar tanto com o responsável do imóvel quanto com o cliente, foi super paciente em meios alguns impasses referente a documentação e financiamento do imóvel, super recomendo devido a sua idoneidade, excelente tratamento fornecido pelos seus profissionais, em especial a corretora Ana Carolina com quem tive contato a maior parte do tempo, sempre cordial, simples em esclarece as dúvidas demonstrando total conhecimento dos assuntos abordados durante todo o processo e o que não sabia se colocou a disposição para obter a devida informação, sempre disponível via whatsapp, e-mail, telefone e presencialmente na imobiliária, acessível em entender cada dificuldade e com grandes habilidades em buscar a solução de contorno para cada problemas etc...
Pude perceber a parceria que os funcionários possuem junto com o Sr. Mauro que é o responsável pela imobiliária uma pessoa em que tive pouco contato, mas sempre disponível quando foi necessário e
engajado para esclarece dúvidas, e também para resolver questões relacionada ao cartório, tratativas com dono do imóvel etc...

JML is a company that surprised my expectations, in a process of acquiring a property, showed interest in understanding what I was looking for and from the first contact was able to negotiate both with the person in charge of the property and with the client, it was super patient in some impasses regarding the documentation and financing of the property, I highly recommend it due to its suitability, excellent treatment provided by its professionals, especially the broker Ana Carolina with whom I had contact most of the time, always cordial, simple in clarifying the doubts demonstrating full knowledge of the subjects covered throughout the process and what I did not know was made available to obtain the proper information, always available via whatsapp, email, telephone and in person at the real estate agency, accessible to understand each difficulty and with great skills in seeking the workaround solution for each problem etc...
I could see the partnership that the employees have with Mr. Mauro, who is responsible for the real estate agency, a person I had little contact with, but always available when needed and
engaged to clarify doubts, and also to resolve issues related to the notary, dealings with the owner of the property, etc...
