★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/08/21 Terça feira fui até uma agência da Caixa Econômica ! Localizada no bairro do Alecrim ! Orientado por uma Funcionária da própria agência ! Fui com o propósito de resolver 2 assuntos ! O primeiro sobre o DPVAT ! E o segundo sobre a senha do meu cartão ! Chegando lá ! Fui totalmente desrespeitado por 2 Funcionários da Empresa Jmt ! Maria e Luiz ! Pelo menos foram os nomes que deram ! Pedi pra falar com o Gerente ! E a Maria me deixou falando sozinho ! E já que não resolvi um assunto ! Achei que resolveria o outro ! Mas não me deixaram entrar ! Não tive o que fazer ! Pelo simples fato de estar Cirurgiado ! Com mais de 24 pontos na perna ! Devido um Acidente de Moto ! Onde fui submetido a Cirurgia de Tibia e Fibula ! Mas fui orientado a procurar os meus Direitos ! Liguei no mesmo dia para a Jmt ! Onde falaram que resolveria o ocorrido ! Mas nem um retorno tive até agora ! Pelo menos um pedido de Desculpas !
 On 23/08/21 Tuesday I went to a Caixa Econômica branch! Located in the district of Rosemary! Guided by an Employee of the agency itself! I went with the purpose of solving 2 issues! The first about DPVAT! And the second about my card password! Getting there ! I was totally disrespected by 2 Jmt Company Employees! Maria and Luiz! At least the names they gave! I asked to speak to the Manager! And Maria left me talking to myself! And since I haven't resolved an issue! I thought it would solve the other one! But they didn't let me in! I had nothing to do! For the simple fact of being Surgery! With more than 24 stitches in the leg! Due to a Motorcycle Accident! Where I underwent Tibia and Fibula Surgery! But I was told to look for my Rights! I called Jmt the same day! Where they said it would solve what happened! But I haven't had a return so far! At least one apology!

Não somente dele mais te todos os funcionários da caixa econômica, ficam só enrolando enquanto isso os pais de família estão sem condições de pagar suas contas e compra alimentos. E ninguém fala nada ficam só dando datas absurdo
Terrible company, since it's been more than a month since my brother was fired and they still haven't paid his bills. Not only his but all the employees of the savings bank, they are just hanging around while the parents are unable to pay their bills and buy food. And nobody says anything, they just give absurd dates

I WENT TO CALL THIS COMPANY BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER ME, AND WHEN THEY ARE ANSWERED NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING, IT'S FUNNY THAT WHEN IT'S TO CHARGE IN A MOMENT THEY KNOW TO CALL US OR SEND OUR MESSAGE SUPERVISORS, NOW WHEN IT'S EMPLOYEES TO CALL THEM THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY TREAT US WITH A LACK OF EDUCATION, A LOT OF SKINNY DON'T MAKE YOU SIGN HOLIDAY SHEETS (IN WHICH HE SAYS THAT WE RECEIVED THE VALUE OF THE HOLIDAYS) BECAUSE THEY DID NOT MAKE THE DEPOSIT, THEY DON'T GIVE AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THEY DID NOT DEPOSIT WORKERS WHO KILL THEMSELVES OF WORKING AND WORKING OVERTIME TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THEIR SWEATED MONEY, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON'T SO NOR THERE FOR US A LACK OF CONSIDERATION WITH THE WORKERS!
