Comprei um Blackberry bold 9700 e, ao invés disso, recebi no meu endereço um Blackberry CURVE que, exceto pela marca, não tem nada a ver com o que eu comprei! O pior de tudo é que, agora querem que eu me submeta às suas políticas burocráticas e inicie um verdadeiro calvário caso eu queira receber aquilo pelo que paguei, aquilo que é de meu direito!
My experience was very bad, lousy I'd say. I bought a bold Blackberry 9700 and instead received a Blackberry CURVE in my address that, except for the brand, has nothing to do with what I bought! Worst of all, now they want me to submit to their bureaucratic policies and start a real ordeal if I want to get what I paid for, what is my right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ME VENDERAM UM APARELHO SEM REGISTRO DA ANATEL E RECONDICIONADO. Fiz uma compra no site do Carrefour de um celular J6 Samsung no dia 13/04/2020. No valor de R$ 899,00 + frete. Quando recebi meu pedido no dia 22/05/2020 notei que havia algo errado.
O aparelho estava em uma caixa branca sem nenhuma identificação da Samsung, sem aqueles filmes plásticos de proteção que vem colados na tela e atrás do aparelho, um carregador que não é original, sem fone de ouvido (um acessório comum em todo celular novo). Enfim, tudo indica que me venderam um aparelho aparentemente novo mas recondicionado e com acessórios falsos (carregador) pelo preço de um original. Nem liguei o aparelho de tanto arrependimento. Pensei que estava comprando de um site confiável.
Fiz um contato por telefone em 22/04/2020 com o Carrefour, abri uma reclamação e a qual foi informado que dentro de 5 dias úteis o parceiro *JNA TELECOM* entraria em contato comigo. O que não aconteceu. Entrei novamente em contato pelo telefone do Carrefour novamente e me informaram que entrariam em contato comigo no prazo de 72 horas...o que não ocorreu novamente.
Exijo a devolução do produto sem custo e o estorno em minha fatura do cartão de imediato em no máximo 24hrs. Caso contrário irei tomar as providencias judiciais possíveis contra o Carrefour e seu parceiro JNA TELECOM.
They sold me a device without ANATEL registration and reconditioned. I made a purchase on the Carrefour website for a Samsung J6 cell phone on 04/13/2020. In the amount of R $ 899.00 + shipping. When I received my order on 05/22/2020 I noticed that something was wrong.
The device was in a white box with no Samsung identification, without those protective plastic films that are glued to the screen and behind the device, a charger that is not original, without a headset (a common accessory in every new cell phone). Anyway, everything indicates that they sold me an apparently new but refurbished device with fake accessories (charger) for the price of an original. I didn't even turn on the device because of regret. I thought you were buying from a trusted website.
I made a phone call on 22/04/2020 with Carrefour, opened a complaint and was informed that within 5 working days the partner * JNA TELECOM * would contact me. What did not happen. I contacted Carrefour again and was informed that they would contact me within 72 hours ... which did not happen again.
I demand the return of the product free of charge and the refund on my card bill immediately within a maximum of 24 hours. Otherwise, I will take possible legal action against Carrefour and its partner JNA TELECOM.

Que durou 18 dias telefone esta ligado mas a tela esta escura tenho que trocar novamente
Resumindo com 20 dias ja vai ser a 3 troca

A mercadoria não chegou na data, e além disso, a data foi postergada.
Liguei para a JNA e eles avisaram que o problema e do Mercado Livre e não poderiam fazer nada, além de me informarem uma data de entrega para o mês seguinte (!)
