★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antendentes despreparadas e ignorantes, ....fui com minha esposa trocar uma joia e alegaram que não poderiam trocar pois a compra havia sido feita em promoção (pague 2 e leve 3) sendo que a joia que ela queria trocar era a joia que ela de fato havia pagado, alegaram isto com base no "regulamento da promoção" que não está em lugar algum nem mesmo no site na pandora, fomos em outra loja e fomos devidamente atendidos, com educação onde houve a troca da joia...

I went with my wife to change a piece of jewelry and they claimed that they could not change it because the purchase was made on a sale (pay 2 and get free 3) and the jewel she wanted to exchange was the jewel she in fact I had paid, they claimed this based on the "promotion regulation" which is nowhere, not even on the Pandora website, we went to another store and were duly attended to, with politeness where the jewelry was exchanged...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um bracelete muito ordinário (Beaded Silver Bracelet) frágil e fino. Caí, me acidentei e arrebentou. A loja me tratou com total descaso, uma cliente constante como um lixo. Vão analisar "se será consertada a pulseira". Produto absurdamente caros. Detestei a pulseira, tratamento. Pandora NUNCA MAIS!!! Nota Zero!!!
I bought a very ordinary bracelet (Beaded Silver Bracelet) fragile and thin. I fell, got in an accident and broke up. The store treated me with total neglect, a constant customer like garbage. They will analyze "if the bracelet will be repaired". Product absurdly expensive. I hated the bracelet, treatment. Pandora NEVER AGAIN !!! Zero Score !!!
