★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um relógio technos no dia 06/11 no valor de 349,90 a vendedora me informou que a loja já diminuía a pulseira pois já possui profissional para prestar o serviço, aguardei durante horas e o serviço foi mal prestado, os 5 elos do relógio, foram estourados e o relógio voltou com a pulseira amassada na parte de trás, a vendedora informou que é normal pois a pulseira é difícil de diminuir, se não tem profissional capaz de realizar o serviço de forma correta não oferece o serviço, irei procurar meus direitos pois paguei um relógio novo e não amassado, mas deixo aqui minha total indignação com o péssimo serviço prestado pois fui lesada pelos mais profissionais que a joalheria possui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As jóias são bonitas porém acho os valores acima da média do mercado comparando - a com as demais , algumas funcionárias atenciosas outras te olham toda pra ver se possui alguma peça de ouro para poder te abordar.Nao só nessa mas em outras Viseu também.
Tive uma experiência na loja mais nova do polo I Viseu Jóias ,olhei toda a vitrine a vendedora me viu estava arrumando a mesma e em nenhum momento parou para me abordar, no final da loja tinha outra que lá estava e lá ficou.
E para surpresa dela eu tinha acabado de comprar um anel de 1800,00 reais à vista.Depois que arrumou tudo ficou me olhando toda,bateu o olho no meu anel e aí quis me abordar.Falei q já tinha visto e fui embora.
The jewelry is beautiful but I find the values above the market average comparing it with the others, some other thoughtful employees look at you all to see if you have any gold piece to be able to approach you. Not only in this but in other Viseu as well.
I had an experience in the newest store at Polo I Viseu Jóias, I looked all over the window the salesperson saw I was arranging it and never stopped to approach me, at the end of the store there was another one that was there and there it stayed.
And to her surprise I had just bought a ring for 1800.00 reais in sight. After she had everything tidied up, she looked at me all over, caught her eye on my ring and then wanted to approach me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um relógio Wenger para trocar bateria. Na hora o relojoeiro não estava lá e deixei meu relógio para buscar em 20 min. Quando voltei o relojoeiro veio com uma conversa estranha de que não tinha conseguido trocar a bateria e que ia custar 120 reais pq tinha que trocar um plastico e uma borracha, além de ter deixado meu relógio arranhado atrás. Achei estranho, achei até que ele tinha quebrado meu relógio. Levei em outro relojoeiro ele falou que estava faltando uma pequena peça que ficava junto da bateria. O relojoeiro dever ter tirado e bateria e peça caiu e ele não botou no lugar. Felizmente o segundo relojoeiro era bom o suficiente para deixar meu relógio funcionando.

The watchmaker must have taken and the battery and piece fell off and he didn't put it in place. Fortunately the second watchmaker was good enough to get my watch running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada com o serviço prestado hoje. Levei dois relógios, um pra troca de bateria e outro pq o ponteiro que não estava correto. Quando fui pegar tive a decepção de escutar que a bateria dos dois foram trocadas e o relógio como m o ponteiro ruim continua. Paguei pelo serviço e nunca mais entro nessa loja. E atendente ainda questionando que o ponteiro estava certo. E sem falar que arranharam o relógio do meu pai. Primeiro troca de bateria depois que foi comprado
Disappointed with the service provided today. I took two watches, one to change the battery and the other because the pointer was not correct. When I went to pick it up I was disappointed to hear that the battery of the two were changed and the watch as the bad hand continues. I paid for the service and will never enter this store again. And attendant still questioning that the pointer was right. And not to mention they scratched my father's watch. First battery change after it was purchased
