Ambiente limpo e organizado, atendentes educadas, facilidade de pagamento, rapidez na coleta de exames e entrega de resultados dentro do prazo acordado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado, a moça me chamou para coleta e ao chegar lá nem sabia quais exames eu ia fazer, tava faltando vários, fiquei algum tempo lá dentro esperando até ela ir na recepção e achar o restante do pedido... Tô nem confiando nesses exames mais.
Very disorganized, the girl called me for collection and when I got there I didn't even know which exams I was going to take, there were several missing, I stayed inside for some time waiting until she went to the reception and found the rest of the order... I'm not even trusting these exams most.

Atendimento rápido e os resultados dos exames simples muito rápido tbm ( meu exame demorou apenas 1hr para ficar pronto em um sábado ? ) muito obrigada pelo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez que meu esposo precisa fazer exames e vai até o laboratório do bairro Jardim das alterosas e as atendentes não sabem realizar a liberação do convênio Bradesco, é lamentável! Hoje a desculpa foi que o Bradesco só autoriza após 2 horas, informação essa que esta incorreta, nunca existiu isso. Meu esposo precisou ir em outro laboratório.
