★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são bons, mas são caros e constantemente o dono muda os preços dos lanches e bebidas de acordo com seu humor e se ele vai com a cara do cliente ou não. Péssimo atendimento, principalmente por telefone. Funcionários mau educados que parecem nem estar ali pra te servir. Sinceramente é dificil entender como um lugar desse ainda esta aberto, mas creio que é por causa do lanche que é bom. Não aceitam opinião dos clientes.
The snacks are good, but they are expensive and the owner constantly changes the prices of snacks and drinks according to his mood and whether he goes with the customer's face or not. Bad service, especially by phone. Rude employees who don't even seem to be there to serve you. Honestly it is difficult to understand how a place like this is still open, but I believe it is because of the snack that it is good. They do not accept customer opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ falta de respeito com o cliente!! me enviaram um anúncio de venda de feijoada,pedi a feijoada. Me falaram que entregariam 11:30 chegou depois de uma hora e me informaram que tiveram problemas mas isso pq mandei mensagem perguntando ou não dariam nenhuma satisfação. Aí chega pra mim uma marmita com 80% de arroz e 20% feijoada!! achei uma falta de respeito, pois o prato principal seria a feijoada e outra não informaram que o arroz é acompanhamento, na verdade achei o arroz o prato principal já que não tinha quase nada de feijoada. Me falaram que ia devolver o dinheiro (o que não foi feito) ok mas não apaga a minha chateação. Tem que ser mais atenciosos com os clientes pois eu por exemplo estou grávida e estava com muita vontade de comer se vocês trabalham com esse ramo sejam mais humanos.
E pra quem está vendo a avaliação não se enganem com a foto eu também achei que a feijoada estava embaixo da farofa mas não estava. Edição após resposta.
Que sucesso? que estrela? o fato de está aberto não significa que é bom O lugar. Um bom profissional aceita as críticas calado e ainda agradece pela opinião isso faz a empresa crescer. tá errado tá errado. É obrigação do estabelecimento informar se for fugir do contexto que era FEIJOADA o que não me foi informado e eu provo.Que bom que as pessoas vêem a resposta de vocês vão ver como tratam o cliente. revejam minhas avaliações e vão ver se são somente críticas ? concorrente vocês já tem demais com avaliações bem melhores por sinal pena que eu não olhei as de vocês antes de comprar.

What success? what star? the fact it's open doesn't mean it's a good place. A good professional accepts criticism silently and even thanks you for your opinion. This makes the company grow. it's wrong it's wrong. It is the establishment's obligation to inform if it is going to escape the context that was FEIJOADA what was not informed to me and I prove it. Glad that people see your answer, they will see how you treat the customer. review my ratings and see if they are just criticisms of the competitor you already have too many with much better ratings by the way pity I didn't look at yours before buying.
