★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso resume o serviço prestado, corretor apresenta valores errados no site, pessoalmente atende tudo que é pedido, porém incapaz de executar as propostas com os proprietários, não retornando nenhuma das ligações, eu e minha esposa ficamos esperando mais de uma semana sem respostas, e sem nenhuma negociação. Péssimo serviço, site desatualizado com valores incorretos, e em duas ocasiões perdemos o negócio mesmo estando dispostos a arcar com maior valor, por incapacidade do corretor de negociar qualquer coisa. Negociem PARTICULAR ou COM OUTRA IMOBILIÁRIA !
Descaso summarizes the service provided, the broker presents wrong values on the site, personally attends everything that is requested, but unable to execute the proposals with the owners, not returning any calls, my wife and I were waiting more than a week without answers, and without any negotiation. Bad service, outdated website with incorrect values, and on two occasions we lost the deal even though we were willing to pay more, due to the broker's inability to negotiate anything. Negotiate PRIVATE or WITH OTHER REAL ESTATE!

Liguei diversas vezes e o proprietário não atendeu, tivemos que ir lá para receber a notícia de que o apartamento tinha sido alugado para outra pessoa.
Lack of commitment. We agreed to move to the next week and the real estate company a few days later stopped responding. He stayed to call us and didn't call anymore. I called several times and the owner did not answer, we had to go there to receive the news that the apartment had been rented to someone else.
