★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio escolhi apenas por recomendação e por ser o mais próximo do meu veículo que estava apresentando falhas, porém foi-me apresentado como de confiança, por isso da escolha.
Mesmo o problema principal sendo solucionado, meu carro voltou com outros 2 problemas que NÃO apresentava antes e voltando a oficina para relatar os acontecimentos, fui informado que "é normal" por tratar-se de um veículo velho (2007), mas achei engraçado só apresentar quando saiu da oficina e também tratando-se de um carro importado.
Enfim, tenho receio de voltar e por final ter que fazer serviços desnecessários no meu carro. Não recomendo.
At first I chose only by recommendation and because it is the closest to my vehicle that was failing, but it was presented to me as reliable, so I chose it.
Even though the main problem was being solved, my car came back with 2 other problems that I did not have before and returning to the workshop to report the events, I was informed that "it is normal" because it is an old vehicle (2007), but I found it funny present when he left the workshop and also in the case of an imported car.
Anyway, I'm afraid to come back and finally have to do unnecessary services in my car. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato meu Picanto lá, nunca tive problemas, sempre bem atendida, principalmente pela secretária. E quero frisar que nesse momento de pandemia eles entregaram meu carro ate mto limpinho. Eles já tinham esse cuidado antes, me senti mais segura ainda agora. Parecia q tinha deixado o carro pra lavar. Impressionante o cuidado.
