★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Bobina no valor de 188,00 reais, porém eu comprei a peça errada, era para eu ter comprado Vela. Enfim fui até loja com o produto e comprovante de compra e chegando lá fui atendida, por um "Senhor no qual o mesmo foi bem, grosso comigo ao me informar que a peça não poderia ser trocada". Eu nunca vi isso, uma loja não fazer a trocar de um produto!
Deixo aqui a minha indignação e falta de respeito ao consumidor que essa loja tem. Não voltarei lá nem para comprar se quer uma bala e todos que me perguntarem eu vou falar mal da do péssimo atendimento que essa loja tem.
Informo também que irei no PROCON pois eu não vou sair no prejuízo, irei procurar os meus direitos do consumidor.
I bought a Coil worth 188.00 reais, but I bought the wrong part, I was supposed to have bought Vela. Finally I went to the store with the product and proof of purchase and when I got there I was attended by a "Mister, who did it well, he told me that the part could not be exchanged". I have never seen this, a store does not exchange a product!
I leave here my indignation and lack of respect for the consumer that this store has. I won't even go back there to buy a candy and everyone who asks me will speak ill of the poor service that this store has.
I also inform you that I will go to PROCON because I will not lose out, I will look for my consumer rights.
