★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar meu comentário sobre o trabalho realizado pelo Sr. Expedito e seu filho Daniel . Solicitei o reparo de minha armação Tom Ford para ambos , fui imediatamente atendido. O Sr. Expedito de forma criativa , profissional em menos de 60 minutos já havia consertado sem que a originalidade da armação fosse afetada.. O valor cobrando é irrisório perto do que se cobrar por aí . Eu altamente recomendo a Joex Consertos .
I would like to comment on the work done by Mr. Expedito and his son Daniel. I requested the repair of my Tom Ford frame for both, was immediately answered. Mr. Expedito creatively, professionally in less than 60 minutes had already fixed it without affecting the originality of the frame. The amount charged is negligible close to what you charge around. I highly recommend Joex Repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei falta de ética da empresa. No dia 06, deixei meu óculos multifocal para consertar e 3 horas depois entregaram. Ao colocar, notei que havia diferenças no grau. A atendente disse que é por causa do outro óculos que eu estava usando; Como não consegui usar, marquei consulta com oftalmologista. As lentes do óculos não tem nada a ver com o meu grau, elas estão totalmente desalinhadas. Provavelmente, no momento do conserto devem ter quebrado as lentes. Bastava dizer isso e não querer me ludibriar. E ainda cobraram pelo conserto. Uma falta de respeito!
I found the company unethical. On the 6th, I left my multifocal glasses to fix and 3 hours later they delivered it. When placing, I noticed that there were differences in the degree. The attendant said it is because of the other glasses I was wearing; As I was unable to use it, I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist. The spectacle lenses have nothing to do with my degree, they are totally misaligned. Probably, at the time of repair they must have broken the lenses. It was enough to say that and not want to deceive myself. And they even charged for the repair. A lack of respect!

Em 20 minutos, o Daniel consertou para mim cobrando um preço muito justo. Indico para todos que precisem de uma ótica ou consertos!
