★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Já tinha algumas referências negativas, mas acabei fechando o concreto com eles. Infelizmente o atendimento foi péssimo!!! Confirmei varias vezes com o vendedor se não teria problemas, pois precisaria do concreto as 8 horas, e o mesmo me disse pra ficar tranquila, que estaria lá entre 7:30 e 8:00h!!! Toda a equipe estava na obra no horário combinado e cadê o concreto??? Comecei ligar para o vendedor as 8:30h e ligava a cada 30 minutos, cada vez era uma desculpa mais esfarrapada que a outra, a primeira vez a bomba atrasou pra sair, depois que o caminhão estava chegando, depois ele tinha se perdido, enfim o caminhão chegou na minha obra as 11:25h... perdi meio dia de serviços dos funcionários que eu pago por dia!!! Passei muito nervoso!!! E nem um pedido de desculpas recebi, nem um m esclarecimento da empresa! Apenas o boleto que chegou no meu e-mail! Que decepção! Uma empresa que tem tanto nome com uma prestação de serviços péssima!!! Fiquei sabendo depois que esse problema é comum nessa empresa, atrasam, demoram entre um caminhão e outro, o pessoal é ruim de serviço!!!
Não comprem concreto com essa empresa, é dor de cabeça na certa!!!
Terrible!!! I already had some negative references, but I ended up closing the concrete with them. Unfortunately the service was terrible !!! I confirmed several times with the seller if there would be no problems, as I would need the concrete at 8 am, and the same told me to be calm, that I would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 am !!! The whole team was on the job at the agreed time and where's the concrete ??? I started to call the seller at 8:30 am and called every 30 minutes, each time it was a more lame excuse than the other, the first time the pump was late to leave, after the truck was arriving, after he was lost, anyway the truck arrived at my work at 11:25 am ... i lost half a day of employee services that i pay per day !!! I was very nervous !!! And I received neither an apology nor a clarification from the company! Just the ticket that arrived in my email! What a disappointment! A company that has so much name with a terrible service provision !!! I learned later that this problem is common in this company, they delay, they take between one truck and another, the staff is bad in service !!!
Don't buy concrete with this company, it's a headache for sure !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que cancelar a compra pois foi um profissional da empresa no local e não quis medir a distância da Bomba e insistiu em chutar a medida. Queria me cobrar 2x taxa da Bomba. Fui comprei uma trena e medi deu 42m e ele queria cobrar em cima de 80m.
Já fechei em outra empresa, não recomendo pra ninguem essa empresa.

Already closed in another company, I do not recommend to anyone this company.
