★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franquia do Embu é péssima, pedi via UberEats e tive mais de 1 hora de atraso. Já pedi e com em outras e não tive problema. Fora que não atendem o telefone. Teste de paciência.
Embu franchise is terrible, I ordered via UberEats and I was more than 1 hour late. I've already ordered and with in others and I had no problem. Besides, they don't answer the phone. Test of patience.

Total falta de responsabilidade e consideração com cliente!!!

O pedido sempre atrasa e a qualidade do lanche diminuiu muitoooo - sempre fomos na unidade da Marginal Tietê - e a do Embu, está a desejar.
Não entregaram nosso refrigerante, reclamamos e não fizeram NADA!
Depois, compramos um hot dog que chegou todo bagunçado, tão ruim, que nem comemos! Não recomendo.
It's unfortunate those companies that start with a good delivery and then disappoint.
The order is always late and the quality of the snack has decreased a lot - we've always been at the Marginal Tietê unit - and Embu's, is to be desired.
They didn't deliver our soda, we complained and didn't do ANYTHING!
Then we bought a hot dog that arrived all messed up, so bad, we didn't even eat! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e pós atendimento ao cliente, realizei pedido no dia dos namorados, um dos lanches veio com um cabelo enorme, tudo muito salgado, bacon, lanche. Informei no chat do IFood, mas não consegui pois estava instável, quando peguei com o motoboy o pedido já dei como entregue, não consegui pedir reembolso pelo IFood somente direto com a loja , informei a gerente, levei tudo até a loja pois não tive estômago para comer mais, não resolveram e o que recebi de retorno que meu pedido seria somente reembolsado o lanche que veio com cabelo rs, sendo que levei tudo para loja pois queria devolução do meu dinheiro, transtorno total, empresa sem respeito aos seus clientes, nunca mais consumo nada e nem recomendo, realmente tive meu dinheiro jogado no lixo.
Bad experience and after customer service, I ordered on Valentine's Day, one of the snacks came with huge hair, all very salty, bacon, snack. I informed it in the iFood chat, but i couldn't because it was unstable, when i took the order with the courier I already gave it as delivered, i couldn't ask for a refund for iwood only directly with the store, i informed the manager, i took everything to the store as i had no stomach to eat more, they didn't decide and what I received in return that my order would only be refunded for the snack that came with hair, and I took everything to the store because I wanted my money back, total inconvenience, company with no respect for its customers, never more consumption nothing and I don't even recommend it, I really had my money thrown in the trash.

Compareci ao local para fazer um pedido, a recepcionista estava na cozinha no telefone e fez sinal de que já havia encerrado o dia, sendo que o estabelecimento estava aberto mais ok. Comprei meu lanche no fast food ao lado. Quando passei na frente do jhonny, havia pessoas na frente esperando pedido. Resumo: A atendente não quis me atender por estar ao telefone. Nunca mais compro e não recomendo a ninguém. A marca deveria se preocupar mais com os funcionários contratados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência cheguei no local para ser atendido o funcionário me disse que eu só poderia fazer o pedido apor uma hora de espera pois eles estavam dando preferência para o atendimento delivery achei o cúmulo fazer eu e minha família esposa e filho de 1 ano e 6 meses ter que esperar por uma hora só para fazer o pedido! Local sem nem uma estrutura para receber seus clientes com apenas dois funcionários que ao meu entender já fazem isso para poupar o trabalho! A todos que lerem meu comentário pensem duas vezes antes de pedirem por deivery ou se dirigirem ao local pois a experiência será assustadora com a falta de respeito com os consumidores!
