Tentei entrar em contato com vocês ontem a tarde e a única pergunta foi: seu motor está funcionando? Não preciso dizer mais nada. Hoje reúno a documentação necessária pra entrar com um processo contra vocês no PROCON e vou cadastrar a sua empresa no site Reclameaqui.
I ordered an engine repair and the repair was done, the engine is running normally but the service fee was overpriced by almost 100% (based on a quote from three competing companies). I tried to get in touch with you yesterday afternoon and the only question was: is your engine running? I do not need to say anything more. Today I gather the necessary documentation to file a lawsuit against you at PROCON and I will register your company on the Reclameaqui website.

Vocês foram extremamente antiéticos ao dizer que iriam mostrar e tirar fotos das peças que seriam substituídas e não fizeram isso, somente ao entregar o serviço é que vocês mostraram numa nota escrita à mão o valor total do serviço, detalhe: os valores das peças e serviços foi superfaturado quase que 100% em comparação do valor de mercado. OBS: Não tiveram a coragem de emitir nota fiscal. Ao mostrar minha indignação a única resposta que obtive foi: seu motor está funcionando? Não preciso dizer mais nada, estou entrando com um processo contra vocês junto ao PROCON para esclarecermos esta situação.
Terrible! You were extremely unethical in saying that you would show and take pictures of the parts that would be replaced and you didn't do that, only when delivering the service did you show in a handwritten note the total value of the service, detail: the values of the parts and services was almost 100% overpriced compared to market value. NOTE: They didn't have the courage to issue an invoice. When I showed my indignation, the only answer I got was: is your engine running? I don't need to say anything else, I'm filing a lawsuit against you with PROCON to clarify this situation.
