Tive que locar um imóvel as pressas por conta de um divórcio conturbado.
No momento da locação havia descrito em contrato móveis que não condiziam com os do imóvel, há tbm um móvel no qual a atendente me garantiu que iriam retirar (ocupa o espaço de um guarda roupa) não tenho como colocar o meu, já faz 4 meses que espero a retirada e nada, a atendente me bloqueou no watsap, jogou toda responsabilidade para o proprietário.
Visto as minhas condições de urgência para mudar houve um proveito, pela parte da imobiliária que me conduziu a assinar documentos no desespero e hoje me vejo presa a um contrato no qual fui lesada e estou prejudicada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo o atendimento que recebi de uma das funcionarias: Simone. Eu acredito que hoje em dia com os aplicativos / plataformas digitais que estão surgindo de prestação de serviços tbm imobiliários, seria interessante essa imobiliaria Joia melhorar atendimento com clientes.

Porém a dona da imobiliária ,fez meu imposto de renda ,dizendo que já fazia isto a 20 anos.Por informações cruzada ,cai na malha fina ,como sou leiga no assunto ,procurei a imobiliária ,que disse que eu teria que fazer uma procuração para que ela resolvesse pra mim ...o tempo passou e ela só me enrolando ,quando fui atrás já era tarde demais ,pois teria que pagar mais a multa da malha fina,resumindo vou ter que pagar quaser $20.000 mil para o governo ,por falta de irresponsabilidade da imobiliária ,e pq fui lessada do assunto ...Agora vou ter este prejuízo e de mais um advogado ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal organizados e mal educados. Sempre nos ligam nos ameaçando , e de forma muito grosseira, por atrasos de pagamentos (não existentes) e somos obrigados a nos deslocar para apresentar os comprovantes, NÃO RECOMENDO!
Enviamos hoje 22/06 os comprovantes de pagamento , em dia.
Very poorly organized and rude. They always call us threatening us, and in a very rude way, for payment delays (non-existent) and we are forced to travel to present the vouchers, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We send today 06/22 the payment receipts, on time.
