★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é bem bom em questão de ambiente, oq deixa o lugar ruim é o atendimento,, fui super mal atendido tanto pelos proprietários tanto pelos funcionários!!! Deveriam mudar em questão a isso... atendem umas pessoas com bastante educação e outras como sem o mínimo de empatia... desculpe mas essa é a realidade....
 The place is very good in terms of environment, what makes the place bad is the service, I was super poorly attended by both the owners and the employees!!! They should change in terms of this... they serve some people with a lot of education and others without the least bit of empathy... sorry but that's the reality....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim pelo porte da Lanchonete, sendo uma das Sanduicherias mais conhecidas de Tianguá me admirou o péssimo atendimento. Primeiro, o sanduíche veio com pão duro e seco, segundo a carne (blend) veio fria; pedi adicional de bacon ? e veio 1 tirinha ?; Pedi suco de maracujá e além de já vir adoçado com açúcar, estava excessivamente doce; pedi para substituir o suco por um sem estar adoçado e o estabelecimento não tinha, pedi refrigerante zero e tbm não tinha. No final qua do pedi a cinta a Garçonete disse que iria cobrar o suco ou o estabelecimento iria cobrar dela. AO FINAL UMA PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. PERDERAM UM CLIENTE QUE ADORA SANDUÍCHE.
Bad experience due to the size of the Snack Bar, being one of the best known Sandwich Shops in Tianguá, I admired the poor service. First, the sandwich came with hard, dry bread, second the meat (blend) came cold; I asked for additional bacon ? and 1 strip came ?; I asked for passion fruit juice and besides being already sweetened with sugar, it was excessively sweet; I asked to replace the juice with one without being sweetened and the establishment didn't have it, I asked for zero soda and also didn't have it. At the end, when I asked for the strap, the Waitress said she would charge for the juice or the establishment would charge her. AT THE END A BAD EXPERIENCE. LOST A SANDWICH LOVERS CUSTOMER.
