Fiquem longe dessa oficina. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
Desmontam seu carro sem autorização. Saem dizendo que as peças estão ruins. Insistem pra arranjar mais serviço para fazer no seu carro.
Você vai lá para fazer uma coisa simples, ficam demorando a fazer o serviço e te empurrando outras coisas.
Ficaram de mandar um orçamento também, e nem se quer mandaram.
Sem profissionalismo, sem transparência.
Terrible attendance!
Stay away from this workshop. I don't recommend it at all.
They dismantle your car without authorization. They come out saying the parts are bad. They insist on getting more work done on your car.
You go there to do a simple thing, they take time to do the job and push you to other things.
They were supposed to send a budget too, and they didn't even want to send it.
No professionalism, no transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li os comentários de como é péssimo o serviço desse auto center. Mas acredito que esse local só trabalhe com funcionários assim. Pois comprei um carro particular do suposto gerente Glauco que trabalha nesse estabelecimento. E o mesmo falou que o carro estava ok que só havia coisas esteticas a fazer. Inclusive alegou que ja havia levantado o veículo em seu auto center e que o fundo estava novo. Nem uma semana depois venho descobrir que o fundo do carro estava todo podre e ainda tive que escutar dele que ninguém me obrigou a comprar o carro. Ou seja, já é do costme dele esse tipo de comportamento tentando maquiar tudo . Decepcionado ckm certos tipos de seres humanos.

Well, I bought a private car from the supposed manager Glauco who works in this establishment. And the same said that the car was ok that there were only aesthetic things to do. He even claimed that he had already picked up the vehicle at his auto center and that the bottom was new. Not a week later I come to find out that the bottom of the car was all rotten and I still had to hear from him that no one forced me to buy the car. In other words, it's already his custom to do this kind of behavior trying to make up everything. Disappointed with certain types of human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só queria trocar o óleo do carro, que comprei no Carrefour. Fui informada que seria grátis a troca, mas grátis, não tinha nada. Fui informada que teria que trocar o filtro, até aí, tudo bem.
Ocorre que começaram a fazer coisas que não pedi, quando vi o meu carro, estava desmontado e me informaram que tinha vários defeitos e que o serviço custaria um valor absurdo. Reclamei mandei colocar as peças no lugar e acabei pagando por alguns serviços que não solicitei. Devem tomar cuidado, porque inventam defeitos no seu carro e sempre aparece alguma coisa. O problema maior e que qualquer peça trocada, cobram preços absurdos.

Como de costume condenam peças desnecessariamente e inventam problemas.
Fui instalar 2 pneus. Então primeiro disseram que a buxa da suspensão estava estourada e queriam cobrar R$ 360. Não fiz!
Depois disseram que minhas rodas estavam empenadas e era necessário fazer usinagem. Cobraram R$ 190 cada roda. Foram logo pegando as rodas, levaram para um lugar fechado, onde fizeram questão de fechar a porta para não me deixar ver o que estava sendo feito e começaram a fazer a tal usinagem. Enfim, vieram com as rodas, que nem sei dizer se são as minhas, e foram montar os pneus. Nessa eu me dei mal.
Por fim, no alinhamento, disseram que, na frente, o carrto estava torto e coisa e tal, que era preciso fazer geometria ...
Disse que não queria fazer e que era pra descer o carro.
NUNCA MAIS !!! FUJAM DESSE LUGAR !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer a revisão de um carro alugado pela Localiza. Apesar de estar dentro do estacionamento do Carrefour da Av. Das Américas, ficou difícil de encontrar pois tem o nome de ALD (acho que é isso...) na fachada. Fui prontamente atendido. Não me passaram o que foi feito. Vi apenas a troca do óleo do motor e a troca das paletas do limpador dianteiro que pedi. No geral o atendimento e tempo do serviço foram satisfatórios.
I went to have a rental car serviced by Localiza. Despite being inside the Carrefour parking lot on Av. From the Americas, it was hard to find because it has the name ALD (I think that's it...) on the facade. I was promptly attended to. They didn't tell me what was done. I only saw the engine oil change and front wiper blades change that I ordered. Overall the service and service time were satisfactory.
