Colchão parece que tem estrutura de madeira por dentro, pois é muito duro e desconfortável, não é espuma que é dura não, da pra sentir como se fosse madeira dentro.
Bem diferente do que testei na loja.
Até concordo se tiver uma armação de madeira por dentro, para não deformar, mas a quantidade de espuma utilizada ou qualidade é horrível.
Minha avó comprou um colchão espuma D45 em outra loja e nãoo tem nada a ver, é super confortável e não parece ter madeira dentro.
Me cobraram quase R$ 400,00 por uma acabamento "acolchoado" na parte superior e inferior, veio com várias marcas de desfiados.
Paguei R$ 1390,00 pelo colchão e emitiram NF no valor de R$ 990,00, acredito que isso se enquadre em sonegação de imposto.
Se empresa quiser entrar em contato e reparar o erro, NF é 76.
Totalmente insatisfeito.
Se corrigirem o erro, eu volto aqui e falarei bem da Empresa.
I made the purchase with Mr. Ricardo, of 1 Mattress Queen foam D45 on 03/03/2019.
Mattress looks like it has wooden structure inside because it is very hard and uncomfortable, it is not foam that is hard, not to feel like it is wood inside.
Quite different from what I tested at the store.
I even agree if you have a wooden frame inside, not to deform, but the amount of foam used or quality is horrible.
My grandmother bought a D45 foam mattress in another store and has nothing to do with it, it's super comfortable and does not look like it has wood inside.
They charged me almost $ 400 for a "quilted" finish on the top and bottom, came with several frayed marks.
I paid R $ 1390.00 for the mattress and issued NF in the amount of R $ 990.00, I believe that this is framed in tax evasion.
If company wants to contact and repair the error, NF is 76.
Totally unsatisfied.
If you correct the mistake, I'll come back here and talk about the Company.
