★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonestos, efetuei uma compra na data de 13/072021, orçamento 2996 no valor de 512,90$ de alguns azulejos do modelo cerâmica triunfo 33x57, totalizando 19 metros, no momento de abrir as caixas, tinha cinco caixas sem condições de uso todas pecas quebradas, ao questionar alegaram que assinei um contrato ciente que iriam chegar quebrados, recusaram de trocar, dizendo que foi explicado às condições no ato da compra, que todos os funcionários eram treinados para orientar. Nao recomendo nunca mais volto lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi um péssimo atendimento pós vendas pela Elen em 02/10/21. Por esse motivo não compro mais nessa loja. Em 04/10/21 me ligou o Eric dizendo ser o dono da loja para entender o problema. Pensando Eu que o Eric iria então resolver a falha da Elen, ficou ainda pior. Resumindo, porque temos mais o que fazer, o Eric concluiu que a Elen errou mesmo no atendimento e não podia fazer nada. Depois dessa recomendo a todos: cuidado se ainda forem comprar lá. O Eric respondeu agora o meu comentário e não sei como comentar lá na resposta dele, então vai por aqui mesmo: Eu não escolhi nada, a Helen prometeu uma troca de 7 caixas com 7 peça s de cerâmica 53,5 x 53,5, lógico aquela mesma que eu comprei, conforme o pedido anterior que fiz do seu pleno conhecimento. São caixas super pesadas que Eu aos 61 anos precisei colocar no meu carro levar até a loja distante 10 km, chegando lá, depois de tudo combinado anteriormente, ela simplesmente disse: Eu me enganei aquele que foi comprado e eu disse que tinha, não tem não, só tem outro igual mais caro, "tem" que pagar a diferença de R$ 128,00. Perguntei então a Ela como fica o trabalhão que eu tive de carregar toda essa carga pesada no carro, ida e volta, gastar gasolina a toa ida e volta?? Só porque se " enganou". Ela respondeu: problema é seu..... Bom, para bom entendedor meia palavra basta. Haja paciência, o suposto proprietário que nem nome colocou na resposta, acha que com conversa mole pode desafiar na cara dura a inteligência de nós clientes. Comprei várias vezes no Leroy Merlin, lá sim tem de tudo e com preços bons, fiz trocas lá várias vezes por vários motivos, eles trocam na hora, sem frescura, por isso comprei muitas vezes lá, fica o recado. Só não comprei lá porque estou mais longe e como se diz " O barato sai caro" né nao.
