★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho agradecer ao gerente Rogério, pelo excelente atendimento prestado no dia de hoje, acionei a garantia de uma bateria, e ele de forma eficiente e objetiva encaminhou um técnico até a minha residência, na qual eu estava impossibilitado de sair e com filho pequeno. Ele ouviu o meu apelo, e pude constatar que o defeito não estava na bateria.
Obrigado meu querido!!! E que Deus venha abençoar grandemente a sua vida, e de toda a equipe "Jorbat Baterias" . Eu recomendo essa empresa e indico, podem confiar!!!!! Atendimento igual não há!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro deu defeito no alternador e um eletricista disse que era problema de bateria. Fui ao Jobat para trocar a bateria e ele imediatamente identificou que o problema era o alternador. Com o alternador defeituoso, a bateria descarregou. Ele deu carga na bateria, nada cobrou, ajudou no cuidado do carro e então levei para a mecânica elétrica. O atendimento foi primoroso, principalmente, por não querer enganar o cliente. Merece os parabéns.
My car had a faulty alternator and an electrician said it was a battery problem. I went to Jobat to change the battery and he immediately identified that the problem was the alternator.
