★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente é grossa, antipatica. Parece estão ali fazendo um favor. Comprei uma ferragem cara, 150 reais cada dobradiça. Embalada as peças estavam arranhadas, riscadas. Trocaram na hora porque vi e reclamei. Cheguei em casa e percebi que uma delas estava com eixo torto, abrindo todo errado. A outra não dava aperto pro vidro de 10mm... o parafuso não entrava mais na rosca e ficava uma folga de 3mm pro vidro de 10mm. Da forma que recebi, fui no dia seguinte pra fazer a troca... ficou o tempo todo comigo, não passei as peças pro vidraceiro. Chegando lá falei de forma muito educada, expliquei o problema. A atendente olhou pra mim com cara irônica e disse que a ferragem não estava daquele jeito... querendo dizer indiretamente que eu havia quebrado a ferragem. Logo vi que a funcionária é reflexo do dono da empresa... também estupido e grosso. Soltou a pérola: “quem manda aqui sou eu.” Hahahahaha Quem manda no mercado meu amigo são os consumidores, você esqueceu desse detalhe. Você depende dos consumidores pra sobreviver, por isso aprendam a tratá-los de forma mais educada e respeitosa. Recebi o dinheiro de volta, graças a Deus. Falaram que eu teria que assinar um papel e que se a ferragem desse problema no dia seguinte eu que me virasse. Vocês precisam reclamar com o fornecedor da ferragem e não com o teu cliente... sem noção eles. Enfim, se você procura bons produtos e atendimento diferenciado, aqui não é o lugar. Talvez resolva pra peças básicas... só duas coisas você não poderá trocar: as peças com problema e a atendente estúpida. Nunca mais volto lá. E espero que de fato as críticas serviam pra melhorar e observar os próprios erros... mas acho que autocrítica não existe nessa empresa. Abs!!!
The attendant is thick, unfriendly. Looks like they're doing you a favor. I bought expensive hardware, 150 reais each hinge. Packed the pieces were scratched, scratched. They changed right away because I saw and complained. I got home and realized that one of them had a crooked axis, opening all wrong. The other did not tighten the 10mm glass ... the screw no longer entered the thread and there was a gap of 3mm for the 10mm glass. The way I received it, I went the next day to make the exchange ... he stayed with me all the time, I didn't pass the pieces on to the glazier. When I got there, I spoke very politely, explained the problem. The attendant looked at me wryly and said that the hardware was not that way ... indirectly meaning that I had broken the hardware. I soon saw that the employee is a reflection of the owner of the company ... also stupid and thick. He released the pearl: “I'm in charge here.” Hahahahaha The boss of the market my friend are the consumers, you forgot that detail. You depend on consumers to survive, so learn to treat them in a more polite and respectful way. I got the money back, thank God. They said that I would have to sign a paper and that if the hardware of this problem the next day I would turn around. You need to complain to the hardware supplier and not to your customer ... without them noticing. Anyway, if you are looking for good products and differentiated service, this is not the place. Maybe it will solve for basic parts ... only two things you won't be able to exchange: the problem parts and the stupid attendant. I'll never go back there. And I hope that in fact the criticisms served to improve and observe their own mistakes ... but I think that self-criticism does not exist in this company. Abs !!!

Lousy service to customers. I had to change a new piece bought at the store and the owner was adamant. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
