★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinava mais de 10 anos, agora só tem desrespeito com consumidor, não recebia o jornal e qndo ligava pra reclamar nunca resolviam o problema e enrolavam q iam passar a informação ao entregador ou q o horário não se entregava mais jornal e nem ofereciam mais para adicionar no final da assinatura. Agora não recebo o jornal e ainda reassinaram sem autorização e não consigo meu dinheiro de volta
Subscribed more than 10 years, now only has disrespect with consumers, did not receive the newspaper and when calling to complain never solved the problem and rolled that would pass the information to the delivery or when the time was not delivered more newspaper and not offered more to add on end of signature. Now I don't get the newspaper and they still resigned without authorization and I can't get my money back
