★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero saber de vcs porque não recebemos as edições do jornal impresso de 09 e 10/11? Já tentamos várias vezes contato pelo telefone e ninguém atende. Não existe ninguém que nos de uma explicação sobre o porquê dessa falha. Até pelo canal do Whats App não retornam.
Vergonhoso o atendimento de vocês. De longe o pior entre os jornais que já assinamos. Quero ver se vão descontar os valores destas edições que não recebemos.
I want to know from you why we didn't receive the editions of the 09 and 10/11 printed newspaper? We have tried several times contact by phone and nobody answers. There is no one who gives us an explanation as to why this failure. Even through the Whats App channel do not return.
Shame on your service. By far the worst among the newspapers we have ever subscribed to. I want to see if they will discount the values of these issues we have not received.
