Demoram tempo demais para sequer vir a conversar com o cliente e, para completar, foi super sarcástico. Fui arrumar uma bike antiga com problema nas trocas de marcha e comprar uma nova para mim. No entanto desisti da ideia devido ao atendimento patético e demorado.
The girl who answered me at the counter was very friendly and polite. The same cannot be said of the gentlemen who work there. It took too long to even talk to the customer and, to top it off, it was super sarcastic. I went to get an old bike with a gear shift problem and buy myself a new one. However I gave up on the idea due to the pathetic and time consuming care.
